After a flight of approximately 2 hours 30 minutes; Arrival in Cairo at 14:05. Meeting with our airport representative, and after the necessary procedures, transfer to your hotel and settling into rooms. Old Cairo & Civilization Museum (Full Day / With Lunch)

Cairo is a unique city that has been central to the spread of the three great religions to the world, hosting the oldest Islamic, Jewish and Christian places of worship in the world. In this tour, you will witness both the history of religions and the rich cultural fabric of Egypt closely. In our tour, Kavalalı Mehmet Ali Pasha Mosque and Citadel (entrance included), the first Islamic structure of Egypt, Amr Ibn al-As Mosque, Ben Ezra Synagogue, where it is believed that Moses spent his infancy, the Hanging Church, one of the most important places of worship in the Christian world, Abu Serga Church, where Jesus stayed during his journey to Palestine, and St. George Church, one of the oldest churches in Egypt, will be visited. Then, we will visit the Civilization Museum, which opened with a magnificent ceremony that the whole world watched in 2021 and quickly became one of the most important museums in the world with its collection (entrance included). Travel Assurance Package: Ensures payment of the tour price to guests who encounter visa rejection or guests who will not be able to participate in the tour due to illness. Additionally, it includes many additional guarantees from luggage loss and damage to personal accident coverage. In the cancellation guarantee, the tour price is limited to 3000 Euro per person.)

GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

Extra tours are realized with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. Price differences that may arise if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
Our guide, staying within the content of our tours, may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or extra tours according to the number of participants, the status of the museum and archaeological site being closed. This situation is also valid for changes that may occur in flight times.
Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
Our hotels may change as "and similar" due to operational reasons, staying within the committed star and category standards.
In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
Triple rooms (3-person) are provided depending on availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
Child discount is valid if accommodation is in the same room with 2 adults.
In hotels, check-in time is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts taken in hotels in the visited countries is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissant, and varies according to the country.
Our guests included in the tour without flights will not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers and may not be able to participate in the city tour if they do not use the same flights as the group. If they use different flights, their transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be reported to Prontotour in advance.
The general luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary according to the airline company and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the luggage weight may drop to 15 Kg on these domestic flights. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number in the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fee for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not provide any visa guarantee. It is not the responsibility of Prontotour if the consulate does not grant a visa or rejects it.
Visa statuses in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Our guests who have passports of other countries can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end of the travel date. Our guests traveling with less than 6 months may encounter the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
To be able to use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
In special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts, hotels far from the center may be used.
Some of our programs are offered based on several alternative hotels. Our programs with more than one hotel option may have the same guide and transfer vehicle.
In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotion tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
Our guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform the upgrade procedures depending on the availability of the airline (please check the airline where your membership is) after the tickets are issued. Please check whether the group tickets of the program are of an upgradable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
The flight times specified in the programs are the times reported by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours before. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overcapacity sales, service disruptions, etc. resulting from the airline.
The road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may extend in cases such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the destination country, road works and conditions.
In some airlines, food-drink and online check-in services may be subject to an extra fee.
