Istanbul – Riga

Meeting at Istanbul Airport International Terminal in front of the Turkish Airlines counter at 06:00. After ticket and passport procedures, we depart for Riga at 09:30 with Turkish Airlines flight TK1757. After our arrival in Riga at 11:20 local time, we start our panoramic Riga city tour. In the city tour of Riga, founded in 1201, we see important structures reflecting the historical texture of the city in the historical city center called Old Town. St. Peter's Church, the House of the Brotherhood of the Blackheads, Dome Cathedral, Great and Small Guildhalls, St. Jacob's Church, Riga Castle, the Freedom Monument, and streets decorated with Art Nouveau style structures reflecting the unique architecture of the city are among the places to be seen. After our city tour, we give free time. We participate in the Lido Restaurant Dinner Tour, which will be organized as an extra for our guests who wish. After our dinner, we return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel in Riga.

 

Extra Tour: Lido Restaurant Dinner Tour – 150 Euros Per Person

Specially built in the style of old Latvian architecture and established on a large area of 5 hectares, the Lido Center is one of the most preferred entertainment and gastronomy centers by both the Latvian people and tourists, where both adults and families can have a pleasant time.

Approximately 500 varieties of food are offered at the specially decorated three-story Lido Restaurant, which reflects Latvian culture and traditional cuisine. In addition to the children's amusement park, the largest outdoor artificial ice skating rink in the Baltics with a size of 5,102 m² is also located in this center.

 

Riga

After our morning breakfast, full day free time. We participate in the extra Sigulda Tour with our guests who wish. After our tour, we return to Riga. Later, an extra Jurmala Tour will be held with our guests who wish. After our tour, we return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel in Riga.

 

Extra Tour: Sigulda Tour – 50 Euros Per Person

In our Sigulda tour, which is located approximately 51 km from Riga and is considered one of the most beautiful cities in Latvia; Sigulda Castle, Gauja National Park, Gutman Cave, Turaida Castle, and Turaida Museum are visited. Sigulda, where you will feel like you are in Medieval Europe while wandering among the castles; will fascinate you with its lush nature, wide plains, and the unique view created by the Gauja River.

 

Extra Tour: Jurmala Tour – 40 Euros Per Person

In our Jurmala city tour located on the shores of the Baltic Sea, we discover Latvia's most famous resort region with its white sandy beaches and romantic wooden houses in pine forests. Jurmala, which is one of the most important SPA centers of the Baltic countries with its clean pine-scented air, calm atmosphere, healing waters, and mud therapies, is an important resting center preferred by both the local people and tourists.

In this cute coastal town where vehicle entries are paid to prevent air pollution, you can benefit from the famous SPA centers if you wish, or spend pleasant time in the cute cafes stretching along the beach.

Riga – Tallinn

After our morning breakfast, we vacate our rooms and meet in the hotel lobby at the time determined by our guide. We start our journey towards Tallinn. After our arrival in Tallinn, our panoramic Tallinn city tour begins. In our Tallinn city tour, which is considered one of the best-preserved Medieval cities in Europe, we visit historical structures included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Tall Hermann Tower where the Estonian flag flies, Toompea Castle, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, Dome Church, and St. Nicholas Church are among the places to be seen. We also find the opportunity to photograph the most beautiful panoramic view of the city from Toompea Hill. After our city tour, we give free time. Later, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel in Tallinn.
 

Extra Tour: Viking Village Dinner Tour – 55 Euros Per Person

In this cute restaurant reflecting the Viking lifestyle, we will experience fun activities such as archery, axe throwing, and using a catapult. After moments full of excitement and fun, we have our dinner.

Tallinn – Istanbul

After our morning breakfast, we vacate our rooms and give free time until the airport transfer time determined by our guide.

An extra Rocca Al Mare Tour will be organized for our guests who wish. After our tour, we carry out our transfer to the airport. We depart for Istanbul at 18:55 with Turkish Airlines flight TK1424. After a comfortable and pleasant flight, we arrive at Istanbul Airport at 22:30 and say goodbye to our valued guests with the hope of meeting again on your next trip...

 

 

Extra Tour: Rocca Al Mare Tour – 50 Euros Per Person

At Rocca Al Mare, one of the few open-air museums in Europe, we witness 18th-century Estonian rural life.

In the open-air museum spread over a large area; traditional village houses reflecting the 18th-century period, windmills, wooden churches, and village schools can be seen. In this special trip where we will take a pleasant time travel to Estonia's past, the daily lives of Estonians of the old period are explained accompanied by different structures and reenactments.

GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS:

** Passports of guests participating in the tour must not be older than 10 years. Entry cannot be made with old passports even if they have a Schengen visa on them. It is mandatory to obtain a new passport and visa.
** In Baltic groups, 'Travel Health Insurance' is requested at the door during passport control. For this reason, guests must have their travel insurance completed and with them.
** Some hotels in our program do not have DBL rooms. This means the beds consist of 2 single beds. In some hotels, the beds are joined. The 3rd bed is an extra bed and is approximately 120 cm.
**Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, there may be changes in tour prices. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the number of participants, the closure status of museums and archaeological sites, while remaining loyal to the content of our tours. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served in a separate hall as a continental breakfast. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissants, and varies according to the country.
**Guests included in the tour without flights may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may also not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use different flights, their transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**In most flights departing from Turkey, the luggage allowance is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage allowance on these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number appearing on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fee for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal to grant a visa or rejection is not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
**Visa statuses in our programs are based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of other countries can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the trip. Guests traveling with less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
**Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
**Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
**In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellation and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade procedures after the tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check if the group tickets of the program are in an upgradeable class. No mile guarantee is given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc., caused by the airline.
