ISTANBUL - STUTTGART - MULHOUSE

We recommend that you be ready at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal 3 hours before the flight time. After ticket and customs procedures, we depart for Stuttgart. Following our arrival at local time, we meet our guide waiting for us at the airport. During our panoramic Stuttgart tour; Schlossplatz (Palace Square), Neues Schloss (New Castle), Königstraße, Stuttgart Opera House, Stiftskirche, and Stuttgart Central Station will be seen. After our tour, we depart for Mulhouse. Free time after arrival. Overnight stay at our hotel.

MULHOUSE

Free time after breakfast at the hotel. Guests who wish can join the Colmar & Strasbourg Tour (140 Euros) to be organized optionally by our guide. In Colmar, famous for its colorful houses, the Little Venice (Petite Venise) area, Pfister House, and the Old Customs House (Koïfhus) are among the places to be seen. Following our tour, we depart for Strasbourg. Following our arrival in Strasbourg, Petite France (Little France), Notre Dame Cathedral, and Kammerz House will be seen panormically during our city tour. At the end of the tour, transfer to our hotel in Mulhouse and overnight stay.

MULHOUSE – KONSTANZ (OPPORTUNITY TO SEE ZURICH)

After breakfast at the hotel, checking out of the rooms and departing for Konstanz. Guests who wish can join the Schaffhausen Rhine Falls, Lucerne & Zurich Tour (140 Euros) to be organized optionally by our guide. After seeing the Rhine Falls, the largest waterfall in Europe, we depart for Lucerne. In Lucerne, the Lion Monument, Chapel Bridge, octagonal Water Tower, and a pleasant walk by the lake await us. Then, we move on to Switzerland's financial capital, Zurich, and start our panoramic city tour: Grossmünster, Fraumünster, Opera House, Bahnhofstrasse, Limmat River, and St. Peter's Church are among the places to be seen. At the end of the tour, departure to Konstanz and transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.

KONSTANZ - LIECHTENSTEIN - MUNICH - SALZBURG

After morning breakfast at the hotel, checking out of the rooms and departure to Salzburg. On our route, accompanied by the unique views of the Alps, we drop by Liechtenstein, one of the small principalities of Europe. In the capital Vaduz, Vaduz Castle, the residence of the Prince of Liechtenstein, will be seen panoramically. Then, departure to Munich and panoramic city tour: Marienplatz, City Hall, Karlstor Gate, Old Town area. Continuing to Salzburg at the end of the tour. Check-in to our hotel. Overnight stay in Salzburg.

SALZBURG

During our panoramic Salzburg city tour to be performed after morning breakfast at the hotel; Dom Cathedral, Mozart's House, Mozart Square, and Salzburg Castle will be seen panoramically. Free time after our city tour. Guests who wish can join the Hallstatt & St. Wolfgang & St. Gilgen Tour (140 Euros) to be organized optionally by our guide (Boat tour included). In Hallstatt, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List, free time will be given after an introduction and a short walk by the lake. During your free time, you can sit on the benches by the lake to watch the swans and the peaceful view, stroll through the charming side streets, or visit the souvenir shops specific to the region in Market Square, the heart of Hallstatt. Return to Salzburg after our tour and transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.

SALZBURG - VIENNA - BRATISLAVA - BUDAPEST

After morning breakfast at our hotel, we depart for Budapest. Exclusive to our Pronto BLU guests, we start our free Bratislava Tour organized complimentary. We enter Bratislava via the 'New Bridge'. After seeing St. Martin's Cathedral and the Holocaust Memorial, Mozart's House, Michael's Gate, Franz Liszt House, the old Parliament Building, Comenius University, Main Square and Roland Fountain, and the Old Town Hall are among the places to visit. After seeing Bratislava's lucky symbolic statue Cumil's Statue by touching its hat, and another popular themed statue Schöne Naci Statue (Lamar Ignac), the National Theatre Building, and Hviezdoslav Square, we give free time. After free time, we continue our journey towards Budapest. Upon our arrival, on our panoramic city tour; the Hungarian State Opera House, Heroes' Square, the Hungarian Parliament Building, Chain Bridge, and Buda Castle are among the places to be seen. Transfer to the hotel after our tour. Check-in to rooms and free time. In the evening, guests who wish can join the optional Dinner Gipsy Night Tour (60 Euros) to be organized by our guide. We experience a fun-filled Hungarian night with traditional food and wine at a Hungarian restaurant where folkloric dances and shows that you will occasionally participate in are performed accompanied by Gipsy music. BUDAPEST – (SZENTENDRE)

After morning breakfast at our hotel, guests who wish can join the Step-by-Step Budapest & Szentendre Trip to be optionally organized by our guide (60 Euros). We start our Step-by-Step Budapest tour with the castle district. Lords Street, Vienna Gate, Fisherman's Bastion, Budapest's first and largest covered market Nagy Csarnok, Vörösmarty Square, Parliament, and Vaci Street are the places we will discover. Departure to Szentendre after our tour. Also known as the artists' town, the town reflects the atmosphere of a typical Mediterranean town with its narrow, winding streets and architecture. Today, Szentendre is the section where the summer houses of the people of Budapest are located, as the beginning of the summer region called the Danube Bend. Sitting in street cafes or walking in authentic narrow streets is very delightful in the city, which has many churches. Szentendre, one of the most visited places in Hungary by tourists, has therefore become a shopping paradise. There are dozens of shops selling hand-woven tablecloths, porcelain-glass items, wine, dolls, folkloric costumes, and wooden souvenirs. Transfer to our hotel at the end of our tour. In the evening, guests who wish can join the optional Danube River Boat Tour to be organized by our guide (25 Euros). You can photograph the city in its most beautiful state during a 1-hour boat trip on the Danube River, on the banks of which are Budapest's most important historical buildings and which is considered the symbol of the city. Overnight stay at our hotel.

BUDAPEST – ISTANBUL

Free time after breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport at the time determined by our guide. Departure to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. Arrival and end of our tour.

The transfer vehicle is allocated for optional tours outside the services included in the program. It cannot be used as a transfer to the hotel-city center.
TRAVEL ASSURANCE PACKAGE (Provides payment up to the tour amount to guests facing visa rejection or unable to join the tour due to health issues. (The insured participation share (deductible) to be applied in compensation claims due to travel cancellation is 25% for visa-related cancellations and 20% in other cases. Coverage details are included in the insurance policy terms. In addition, it includes many additional coverages from baggage loss, damage, and theft to personal accident coverage.) In the cancellation coverage, the tour price is limited to 3000 euros per person.
The travel assurance package fee varies proportionally with your tour price.

GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes may occur in tour prices. If there are not enough participants, any price differences that may occur will be informed by our guide before the tour once the numbers are reached.
Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether museums and archaeological sites are closed. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
In triple rooms (triple room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
Triple rooms are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
Child discounts are valid when accommodation is shared in the same room with 2 adults.
Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries) and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The breakfasts to be received at hotels in the visited countries are not Turkish breakfasts. Group breakfasts are generally served as continental breakfasts in a separate lounge. A continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and a croissant, and varies depending on the country.
Guests included in the tour without flights may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may also face the situation of not being able to join the city tour. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
On most flights departing from Turkey, the luggage allowance is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage allowance on these domestic flights can drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty costs for flight ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not give any visa issuance guarantee. The consulate not granting a visa or issuing a rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
Visa conditions in our programs are given on the basis of Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of another country can check their visa conditions from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with a period of less than 6 months may face the situation of not being allowed into the country by passport control police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended that you check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
In special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts, hotels far from the center may be used.
Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. Programs with more than one hotel option may share the same guide and transfer vehicle.
In our tours with a promotion label, the locations of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest on our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
Guests who want to upgrade flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade procedures after the tickets are issued, subject to the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mile guarantees are not given for every flight in our programs.
Flight times specified in the programs are times reported by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc., originating from the airline.
Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may extend in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, road works, and conditions.
Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to extra charges.
