ISTANBUL - BUDAPEST

We recommend you to be ready at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal 3 hours before the flight time. After ticket and customs procedures, departure for Budapest with Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight no. TK331. Upon our arrival, meeting with our guide and departure to the center for the city tour. In our panoramic tour, Heroes' Square, Oktogon Square, Historic Ice Rink, Vajdahunyad Castle, Andrássy Avenue, and the Opera House are among the places to see. Afterwards, free time. Transfer to our hotel at the end of the tour. Overnight stay at our hotel.

BUDAPEST – BRATISLAVA – VIENNA

After breakfast at the hotel, we depart from Budapest and make our way towards Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia. Bratislava, the capital of the Slovak Republic, is located on the banks of the Danube River and has borders with both Austria and Hungary. During the Bratislava city tour, Bratislava Castle, St. Martin's Cathedral, Grassalkovich Palace, the Slovak National Theatre Building, and Turkish traces from before the 1st Vienna siege are among the places we will see. After our city tour, we leave Bratislava and perform our Parndorf Outlet trip. This shopping mall hosts luxury boutiques and stores selling everything from clothing and accessories to cosmetics and home goods. World-class boutiques showcasing collections from respected local and international designers offer an unforgettable shopping experience. When unbeatable prices, a handful of popular cafes, and restaurants are added to all this, one of the best shopping spots in and around Vienna emerges. After completing your shopping, we move on to Vienna, the capital of Austria. Upon arrival, we take a panoramic Vienna city tour. In our tour, the Opera House, Ringstrasse, Hofburg Palace, and St. Stephen's Cathedral are among the places to see. In the evening hours, we realize our opportunity to experience local wine houses and tavern culture in the Grinzing region. Grinzing Village, which is a viticulture village and famous especially for its white wines, has now become a frequent destination for tourists with its authentic buildings and typical restaurants. During the meal to be taken in Grinzing, right next to the city of Vienna, we will have fun accompanied by an accordion and violin. Transfer to our hotel at the end of the tour. Overnight stay at our hotel.

VIENNA – HALLSTATT – SALZBURG

After breakfast, we leave our hotel. We set off towards the nature wonder regions of Austria. Our first stop will be Hallstatt with its fairytale atmosphere. After the walk and photo break we will take by the lake, we discover the unique nature of the region. At the end of the day, we move to Salzburg and perform our panoramic city tour. In the city where Mozart was born, the castle, the old city center, and narrow historical streets are among the places to see. Transfer to our hotel and overnight in Salzburg.

SALZBURG – LIECHTENSTEIN – TIRANO

After breakfast, we leave Salzburg and move towards the Liechtenstein region accompanied by unique views of the Alps. After our short panoramic tour, we progress towards the Italian border and arrive at the Tirano region. Settlement at our hotel in the evening hours and dinner at 19:00. Overnight stay in Tirano at our hotel.

BERNINA TRAIN – SWITZERLAND TOUR – ANNEMASSE

Starting our hotel check-out in the early morning hours, we embark on an unforgettable train journey with the world-famous Bernina Express accompanied by the most impressive views of the Alps. We proceed towards Zurich via Chur. On the way, we visit the Rhine Falls waterfall. Afterwards, a panoramic tour of Bern, the capital of Switzerland, is performed. At the end of the day, we move to the Annemasse region close to the French border and settle into our hotel. Overnight in Annemasse.

GENEVA – LAUSANNE – MONTREUX – BASEL – MULHOUSE

After breakfast, we depart from Annemasse and start our full-day tour covering the most important cities of Switzerland. Our first stop will be Geneva. Afterwards, Lausanne and Montreux, famous for their lakeside views, will be visited. Continuing our tour, we pass into France via Basel and settle into our hotel in the Mulhouse region. Overnight in Mulhouse.

ALSACE REGION – STUTTGART

After breakfast, we start our program with Eguisheim, one of the most beautiful villages of France. Afterwards, we perform a Colmar tour, famous for its vineyards and historical texture. Then, we take a panoramic tour of Strasbourg, one of the most romantic cities in Europe. At the end of the day, we move to Stuttgart, one of the important cities of Germany, and settle into our hotel. Overnight in Stuttgart.

KONSTANZ – STUTTGART – ISTANBUL

After breakfast at our Stuttgart hotel, room check-out and free time. Transfer to the airport at the time to be determined by our guide and end of our tour.

The transfer vehicle is allocated for optional tours outside the services included in the program. It cannot be used as a transfer for Hotel-city center.
TRAVEL ASSURANCE PACKAGE (Ensures payment up to the tour amount for guests facing visa rejection or unable to join the tour due to health issues. (The insured participation fee (deductible) to be applied in compensation claims due to travel cancellation is 25% for visa-related cancellations and 20% in other cases. Coverage details are included in the insurance terms. However, it also includes many additional coverages ranging from baggage loss, damage, and theft to personal accident coverage.) In the cancellation coverage, the tour amount is limited to 3000 euros per person.
The travel assurance package fee varies proportionally with your tour amount.

GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. Price differences that may arise if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
Our guide may make changes in the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether museums and historical sites are closed. This rule also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
Panoramic city tours do not include museum and historical site entrances and are intended to give general information about the city.
In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
Child discount is valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. A continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and a croissant, and varies according to the country.
Guests included in the tour without flights may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers and may not be able to participate in the city tour if they do not use the same flights as the group. If they use different flights, transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
The luggage weight for most flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight for these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under Prontotour's responsibility.
During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number appearing on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty cost for ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal or rejection of a visa is not Prontotour's responsibility.
Visa conditions in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of another country can check their visa conditions from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with less than 6 months validity may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international roaming before leaving Turkey.
Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. Programs with more than one hotel option may have the same guide and transfer vehicle.
In our tours with a promotion label, the locations of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ according to our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest on our promotion tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform upgrade procedures after their tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mile guarantees are not given for every flight in our programs.
Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. caused by the airline.
Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may get longer due to situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, road works, and conditions.
Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to extra charges.
