Arrival at 04:10 local Dubai time after a comfortable flight. After greeting Dubai's impressive night view and completing our passport and baggage procedures, we board our comfortable bus waiting for us and depart for a free breakfast, followed by a breakfast break. After gathering our energy, it is time to step into the magic of Dubai! Our first stop is the winter palace of the Emir of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and his family, Za’abeel Palace. You can see many landscaping works in its magnificent garden and visit Za’abeel Palace accompanied by freely roaming peacocks. Then, we set sail for Dubai's dazzling city silhouette. Our next stop is Dubai Marina, the heart of modern Dubai. Dubai Marina, the world's largest man-made marina, welcomes us with the world's tallest and most uniquely designed skyscrapers. Afterwards, we board boats called Abra and explore the Deira (Old City) district, where we will witness the history of the city's commercial life. It is the region that reflects the true eastern spirit of Dubai, referred to as 'Old Dubai' by the locals. While taking a shopping and photo break at the Old Souk and Gold Souk, famous for their mystical atmosphere, you will see how merchants have docked their ships carrying scents, spices, coffee, and gold from distant lands to these piers for centuries. We will stop by one of the most authentic Starbucks branches in the world for a pleasant coffee break against the view of Dubai Creek in the Al Seef area, where traditional Arab architecture meets a modern concept. Then, we take an impressive photo break in front of the Burj Al Arab, the symbol of Dubai and known as the world's first 7-star hotel. Afterwards, we go to the Palm Jumeirah, preferred by celebrities. We enjoy free time on this island where we will see the villas and luxury hotels of celebrities, from Madonna to the Beckham family. IMPORTANT NOTES

-To benefit from the Advantageous Tour package prices for extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
-Extra tours are realized with a minimum participation of 15 people. In case of participation below 15 people, changes in tour prices may occur or the tour may be carried out by metro.
-Points to consider in our Abu Dhabi tour: Men should not wear shorts, women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts. A long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf are required for visiting the mosque. Free time will be given for lunch during our tour, and it is not included in the tour.
-Points to consider in our Desert Safari tour: Wear sports and comfortable clothing, bring a cardigan. Do not eat heavy meals or drink excessive amounts of water before the tour. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, should inform their guides about their condition.
In cases where only category information is provided without naming the hotel in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
In our Dubai programs, the guide will meet you in Dubai; the guidance service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guidance service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those specified. In such a case, information will be provided by Outgoing Tour 15 days before the tour departure date.
There is a visa application for Turkish citizens. For visa applications, it is necessary to apply to our agency with the specified documents and a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip. Although the necessary documents are submitted to the consulate during the visa application, it is possible for the consulate to refuse the visa with or without stating a reason, or to start the visa validity date after the tour departure date. No refund is made for the visa service fee once applied. There is no visa application for green passport holders; a passport valid for at least 6 months from the tour departure date is sufficient. Having a visa does not mean that you can enter the country; the passport police have the authority to deny entry. Outgoing Tour is not responsible for such situations; the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
Our guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if the issue date is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline company from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
There is no visa application for green passport holders; a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip is sufficient.

-In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports; it is necessary to renew such passports, and if it is a country that requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
-Since there is a possibility that police officers may ask for a document showing the joint consent of the parents when our guests under 18 years of age travel alone or with only one of their parents during entry/exit to the country, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents show sensitivity in this regard.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of at most 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities, conducted panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. Outgoing Tour is not responsible for the non-realization of the mentioned tours if panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot take place due to roads closed by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, or due to any event, or if the tour becomes impossible to perform due to weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot where possible in areas with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted.
Outgoing Tour acts as an intermediary between airlines and our passengers and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. Flight details may change before the flight; all times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting the risk of time changes.
Outgoing Tour is the Sponsor/Guarantor for UAE visa applications in Dubai. Therefore, for our guests to benefit from our package prices, visa procedures must be carried out by Outgoing Tour.
