GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS:
**Optional tours operate with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, tour prices may be subject to change. If there are not enough participants, any price differences that may occur will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether the museum and historical site is closed. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and historical site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (triple room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms are provided subject to availability. If available, triple room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discounts apply if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The breakfasts to be received at hotels in the countries visited are not Turkish breakfasts. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate lounge. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, jam, and croissant, and varies by country.
**Guests included in the tour without a flight may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may also not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**In most flights departing from Turkey, the baggage allowance is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the baggage allowance for these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number in the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fee for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate not granting a visa or issuing a rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**Visa conditions in our programs are given on the basis of Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding other country passports can check their visa status from the consulates of their respective countries.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of travel. Guests traveling with less than 6 months validity may face the situation of not being allowed into the country by the country passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open to international roaming before leaving Turkey.
**During special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts, hotels far from the center may be used.
**Some of our programs are offered on the basis of hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle of our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
**In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can carry out upgrade procedures after the tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradeable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. caused by the airline.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
**In accordance with the decision taken by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, liquid restrictions have started on all flights.
