Meeting with you, our valued guests, at Çukurova Airport International Departures departure terminal at least 3 hours before the flight. Following ticket, baggage and passport procedures, departure to *** Frankfurt with the *** scheduled flight of Sun Express Airlines. Arrival in Frankfurt at local time. After passport and ticket procedures, we depart for Strasbourg. Strasbourg, which has a historical importance as the place where the national anthem "La Marseillaise" was written, appears before us as a city where Alsatian Culture and French architecture are blended. We visit the Notre-Dame de Strasbourg Cathedral, which held the title of the tallest structure in the world until 1874, the Rohan Palace, Kleber Square, and the Petit France area decorated with traditional Alsatian Houses. Free time after morning breakfast at the hotel. Guests who wish can join the Eguisheim & Colmar & Riquewihr (100 Euro) tour to be organized as an extra. The first stop of our tour is Eguisheim, one of the charming towns of Alsace. While wandering among the houses with beautiful colorful geraniums hanging from their wooden windows and balconies in its narrow charming streets, you will begin to get lost among past-time stories. Eguisheim, which has been a member of the "France's most beautiful villages" club since 2003, was chosen as the "French favorite village in 2013". After our Eguisheim tour, we depart for our 2nd stop, Colmar. Colmar, one of the fascinating cities with its colorful houses, streets decorated with flowers, and beauty, holds great importance as the starting point of the Alsace wine route route. The canals that add beauty to the beauty of Colmar are the branches of the Rhine River. The colorful historical buildings lined up along the river and dating back to the 1200s are the most prominent, most remarkable feature of the city. During our tour of Colmar, while touring its carnival-like streets, we visit St. Martin's Cathedral with giant stork nests on it, Rue Marchand (Merchant Street), and the "Petite Venise" region meaning "Little Venice". Our last stop on our tour is Riquewihr, known as the most famous village of Alsace... 2 million people visit this charming town where 1200 people live, with the harmony of Alsace-style wooden and concrete mixed two-storey houses with each other, different colors and house shapes. You will not get enough of taking photos in this wonderful city blended with history, culture, and nature. Transfer to our hotel after our tour. Overnight stay at our hotel. Free time after morning breakfast at the hotel. Guests who wish can join the Schaffhausen Rhine Falls & Zurich & Lucerne tour (110 Euro) to be organized extra by our guide. Our first stop on our tour is the Rhine Falls. After our walk around Europe's largest waterfall with a width of 150 meters and a height of 23 meters, accompanied by the fascinating sound of water, we depart for Zurich, Switzerland's largest city. Positioned on the shores of Lake Zurich and at the foot of the Alps, Zurich hosts millions of tourists in every period of the year with both its historical past and culture. The name of the city, whose historical past goes back to the Neolithic and Bronze Age, comes from Turus. In the 2nd century AD, the city under Roman occupation was named Turicum. When this name is translated into Swiss German, it is read as "Zuri". According to recent data, Zurich, the most livable city in Europe, is also called the cultural capital of Switzerland. Upon our arrival, after seeing the Grossmünster, Fraumünster Churches, and St. Peterskirche church, which is Europe's largest clock tower, we tour Bahnhofstrasse, which is considered the shopping center of the city. After our tour, we depart for Lucerne. In this fascinating city, after seeing the Lion Monument built in memory of 800 Swiss soldiers who were martyred while protecting King Louis XVI and his family, the Chapel Bridge and the magnificent view of Lake Lucerne, we finish our tour and transfer to our hotel. GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS :
**Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide can make changes on the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the closed status of museums and ruins. This situation is also valid against changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and ruin entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time in hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), check-out time is 10:00. (09:00 in some countries)
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken in hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissant, and varies from country to country.
**Guests who are included in the tour without a flight, if they do not use the same flights as the group, may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers as well as the possibility of not participating in the city tour. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**In general, the baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, this baggage allowance may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight / price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number in the passport must be entered into the system. Plane tickets are issued based on this information. The penalty cost of plane ticket cancellations or changes that will occur due to erroneous information is reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not give any visa acquisition guarantee. The consulate not giving a visa or giving a rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**Visa conditions in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests having another country's passport can check their visa conditions from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end of the travel date. Guests traveling with a period of less than 6 months may encounter the situation of not being taken into the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your cell phones abroad, it is recommended that you check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open to abroad before leaving Turkey.
**Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, concerts.
**Some of our programs are offered on the basis of hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle of our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
**In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ according to our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their plane tickets with their miles can perform upgrade operations depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after their tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are times reported by airlines. Flight times in our tours organized with special flights may vary up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. caused by the airline.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may extend in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works and conditions.
**Food-beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to extra fees.
