GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES
**Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be notified by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide can make changes on the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether museums and historical sites are closed. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and historical site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time in hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), check-out time is 10:00. (09:00 in some countries)
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken in hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissant, and varies by country.
**Our guests who are included in the tour without a flight, if they do not use the same flights as the group, will not only be unable to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers, but may also face the situation of not being able to join the city tour. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance. **In general, baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, this domestic flight baggage weight may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight / price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour. **During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty cost of plane ticket cancellations or changes resulting from erroneous information is reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not give any visa acquisition guarantee. The consulate not granting a visa or giving a rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**Visa statuses in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with a period of less than 6 months may face the situation of not being allowed into the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
**In special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts, hotels far from the center can be used.
**Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with multiple alternatives. Programs with more than one hotel option may have the same guide and transfer vehicle.
**In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellation and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their plane tickets with their miles can perform upgrade procedures after the tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mileage guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes originating from the airline, overbooking, service disruptions, etc.
**Road distances given in programs are map-based. Journey times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
