Amsterdam Light Festival Boat Tour and Ice Village Christmas Market Tours Included
We meet three hours before the flight at the international departures terminal of Istanbul Airport. After luggage, ticket and boarding procedures, following our flight to Amsterdam via Turkish Airlines scheduled flight, we transfer to our private bus waiting for us at the airport. Then, we depart for our panoramic Amsterdam city tour. Dam Square, Royal Palace and Leidseplein are among the places to be seen. Then, to feel the enchanting winter atmosphere of Amsterdam, we visit the Ice Village Christmas Market set up in Museumplein. We step into an unforgettable winter fairy tale accompanied by wooden stalls adorned with sparkling decorations, New Year themed souvenirs, handmade products and seasonal delicacies of the Netherlands. Guests who wish can spend pleasant time at the open-air ice skating rink accompanied by the impressive silhouette of the Rijksmuseum; those who wish can fully experience the Christmas spirit by sipping hot chocolate or traditional winter drinks. After this pleasant time we will spend at Ice Village, one of Amsterdam's most popular New Year meeting points with its music, lights and warm winter atmosphere, we depart for our hotel. After breakfast at the hotel, we depart with guests who wish to join the extra tour Marken & Volendam & Giethoorn (130 Euro). In our tour, we visit the historical houses and harbors in Volendam, an old fishing village, and then visit Marken, a small island. Then, we depart for Giethoorn, referred to as the Venice of the North. You will feel yourself in a very different ambiance while visiting Giethoorn, a fairy tale village that looks like a postcard with its canals, resembles a movie set adapted from fairy tales, and seems to have been created by the Hobbits. After breakfast at the hotel, we depart with guests who wish to join the extra Outlet Tour (70 Euro). Designer Outlet Roermond, one of Europe's most popular outlet shopping centers, offers its visitors a pleasant shopping experience with its elegant stores where world-famous brands come together, pleasant squares, and beautiful cafes and restaurants. After our tour here, we depart for the Amsterdam Light Festival area included in the program. In the Amsterdam Light Festival, which gives the enchanting atmosphere of Amsterdam a completely different look on winter nights, we discover the impressive light installations exhibited along the historical canals. In this special experience, which includes the festival entrance ticket and boat tour, we enjoy the unique view of the city and the light shows by watching the works of world-famous artists over the canals that have become the symbol of Amsterdam. In the boat tour of approximately 75 minutes, we will enjoy the unique canal view of Amsterdam by following the festival route in the city, which takes on an enchanting atmosphere with night lights. After breakfast at the hotel, depending on the flight time, transfer to the airport and flight to Istanbul via Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. With our arrival at Istanbul Airport, our tour and services come to an end.

GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS:
**Extra tours are realized with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. Price differences that may arise if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour, after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide, while adhering to the content of our tours, may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the number of participants, the status of museums and archaeological sites being closed. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided based on availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if accommodation is in the same room with 2 adults.
**In hotels, check-in time is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts taken in hotels in the visited countries is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissants, and varies according to the country.
**Guests included in the tour without flights, if they do not use the same flights as the group, will not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers, and there may be a situation where they cannot participate in the city tour. If they use different flights, their transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be reported to Prontotour in advance.
**For most flights departing from Turkey, the luggage weight is 20 Kg. This weight may vary according to the airline company and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the luggage weight may drop to 15 Kg on these domestic flights. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear in the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fee for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not provide any visa guarantee. It is not the responsibility of Prontotour if the consulate does not grant a visa or rejects it.
**Visa statuses in our programs are provided based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of other countries can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they belong to.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with less than 6 months may encounter a situation where they are not admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
**During special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts, hotels far from the center may be used.
**Some of our programs are offered based on several alternative hotels. Our programs with more than one hotel option may have the same guide and transfer vehicle.
**In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotion tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform the upgrade procedures after the tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (please check the airline where your membership is). Please check whether the group tickets of the program are of an upgradable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are the times reported by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours before. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, over-selling of capacity, service disruptions, etc., resulting from the airline.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may extend in cases such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the destination country, road works and conditions.
**In some airlines, food-drink and online check-in services may be subject to an extra fee.
