Meeting at Istanbul Airport outbound terminal. After our ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, departure for our Buenos Aires flight with Turkish Airlines flight number TK015. After our arrival in Buenos Aires, completing our passport and customs procedures, transfer to our hotel with our vehicle waiting for us at the airport. We complete our check-in procedures and settle into our rooms. Overnight stay at our Maipú hotel in Buenos Aires.
After breakfast at our hotel, departure for the Buenos Aires city tour. First, we will visit the La Recoleta neighborhood, prominent with its chic streets and historical buildings, and the Recoleta Cemetery, where the grave of Eva Perón (Evita), one of the important names of Argentine history, is also located. Afterwards, we move to San Telmo, known as the birthplace of tango, drawing attention with its cobblestone streets and colonial architecture. Plaza de Mayo, Casa Rosada, Evita Balcony, Cathedral, and Colon Theatre are among the places to be seen during our tour. Proceeding along Avenida de Mayo, we take a short break at Café Tortoni, one of the oldest cafes in Buenos Aires. The La Boca neighborhood, famous for its colorful houses, and 9 de Julio Avenue are among the other important stops of our tour. At the end of our tour, return to the hotel and free time. After our tour, transfer to our hotel, check-in, and settling into the rooms. Overnight at our hotel in São Paulo.
We complete our check-out procedures in the early morning and transfer to São Paulo International Airport. After our ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, departure for our flight to Istanbul. GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS:
**Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. Price differences that may arise if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour, after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide can make changes in the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether the museum and ancient sites are closed. This situation is also valid for changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and ancient site entrances and are intended to give general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discounts are valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries)
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissant, and varies according to the country.
**Our guests who are included in the tour without flights, if they do not use the same flights as the group, may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers as well as participating in the city tour. If they use a different flight, their transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**In general, for flights departing from Turkey, the baggage allowance is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the baggage allowance on these domestic flights can drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight / price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number in the passport must be entered into the system. Air tickets are issued based on this information. The penalty cost of air ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information is reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not give any visa acquisition guarantee. The consulate's failure to grant a visa or refusal is not Prontotour's responsibility.
**Visa conditions in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests with other country passports can check their visa conditions from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of travel. Guests traveling with less than 6 months validity may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended that you check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open to abroad before leaving Turkey.
**Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
**Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. Programs with more than one hotel option may have the same guide and transfer vehicle.
**In our tours with the promotion phrase, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ according to our standard packages. Cancellation and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their air tickets with their miles can perform upgrade procedures depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after their tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradeable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes originating from the airline, overbooking, service disruptions, etc.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may get longer in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
