ISTANBUL – ATHENS

Meeting with you, our esteemed guests, in front of the Aegean Airlines counter at Istanbul Airport International Departures terminal 3 hours before the flight time. After baggage and ticketing procedures, flight to Athens on an Aegean Airlines scheduled flight. Following our arrival, transfer to the hotel by our private bus waiting for us at the airport. Overnight stay at our hotel.

ATHENS - ISTANBUL

Free time after morning breakfast. Guests who wish can join the Athens Tour & Acropolis Tour (70 Euros) to be organized additionally by our guide. The Acropolis of Athens is a unique historical heritage positioned on a high hill overlooking the city and witnessing thousands of years of history of Athens. Being one of the most important symbols of the city with its magnificent architectural ruins, temples, and impressive view reaching from the ancient period to the present day, the Acropolis carries the feature of being the first historical area that comes to mind when "Acropolis" is mentioned worldwide. By exploring this impressive region that sheds light on the past of Athens under the guidance of our guide, we will have the opportunity to see the traces of the ancient world closely. Following our Acropolis tour, we perform an Athens panoramic city tour. During our tour; Agora, Temple of Zeus (panomaric), Parliament Building, Syntagma - Omonia Squares, Presidential Palace, Prime Minister's Residence, Historic Olympic Stadium, Panepistimiou Boulevards, National Library, and Academy University are among the places to be seen. Afterwards, transfer to Athens Airport depending on the flight time. Following the completion of baggage and check-in procedures, departure for Istanbul with an Aegean Airlines scheduled flight. Arrival in Istanbul and end of our tour.

TRAVEL ASSURANCE PACKAGE (Provides payment up to the tour amount for guests facing visa rejection or unable to join the tour due to health issues. (The insured participation share (deductible) to be applied in compensation claims due to travel cancellation is 25% for visa rejections and 15% for health reasons. Coverage details are included in the insurance policy. Additionally, it includes many extra coverages from baggage loss and damage to personal accident coverage.) The cancellation coverage is limited to 3000 Euros per person.
The travel assurance package fee varies in proportion to your tour price.

GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS :
**Optional tours operate with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. Price differences that may arise if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are reached.
**Our guide may make changes in the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether museums and archaeological sites are closed. This condition also applies to potential changes in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discounts are valid when accommodated in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time in hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the visited countries is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are usually served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, jam, and croissant, and varies depending on the country.
**Guests who join the tour without airfare may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers and may not be able to participate in the city tour if they do not use the same flights as the group. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. Prontotour must be notified of this situation in advance.
**On most flights departing from Turkey, the luggage allowance is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the luggage allowance for these domestic flights can drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number appearing on the passport must be entered into the system. Air tickets are issued based on this information. The penalty cost for air ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate not granting a visa or issuing a rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**Visa conditions in our programs are given on the basis of Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport can check their visa status from the consulates of their respective countries.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of travel. Guests traveling with a period of less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open for international roaming before leaving Turkey.
**Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
**Some of our programs are offered on the basis of hotels with several alternatives. Programs with more than one hotel option may share the same guide and transfer vehicle.
**In our tours with a promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. No cancellations or changes can be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their air tickets with their miles can perform upgrade procedures after the tickets are issued, subject to the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are of an upgradeable class. Mileage is not guaranteed for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times stated in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. originating from the airline.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, road works, and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
