Istanbul-Bansko

We start our tour by picking up our valued guests from in front of the Istanbul Kadıköy Marriage Office Parking Lot at 22:00, then from in front of the Mecidiyeköy Ziraat Bank at 22:30, and finally from the İncirli Ömür Plaza bus stops at 23:00. Following the E80 highway via Selimpaşa and Silivri, we arrive at the Kapıkule border gate. After the passport and customs procedures we will perform here, we continue our journey with a night travel.

Bansko

After our night journey, arrival in Bansko in the morning and settling into our hotel. While the rooms in our hotels are being prepared, we go to the Ski house we have an agreement with through our guides. In order not to waste time, with the info provided by our guide, we take our ski equipment and ski passes, and perform our currency exchange transactions. You can enjoy full-day skiing on slopes starting from 2600 meters, which have a total length of 72 km with easy, intermediate and difficult levels, approved for the 2014 Winter Olympics, and where World Champion Alberto Tomba skied and is known as the Tomba slope.

Bansko

After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we give full-day free time. Guests who wish can participate in the extra Sofia city tour or open thermal pool tour to be organized. Accommodation at our hotel in the evening.

Bansko-Istanbul

After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, our return journey begins with departure at the time determined by our guide. Following the Plovdiv – Haskovo highway, we arrive at the Kapıkule border gate. After passport and customs procedures, arrival in Istanbul and dropping off our valued guests at the points where they were picked up.

GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, tour prices may change. Price differences that may arise if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour, after the numbers are obtained.
Our guide, staying within the content of our tours, may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the number of participants, the status of the museum and archaeological site being closed. This situation is also valid for changes that may occur in flight hours.
Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
Triple rooms (3-person) are provided based on availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
Child discount is valid if accommodation is in the same room with 2 adults.
In hotels, check-in time is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts taken in hotels in the visited countries is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissants, and varies according to the country.
During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear in the passport must be entered into the system. Reservations are made according to this information. The penalty fee for changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate, and does not provide any guarantee of visa acquisition. It is not the responsibility of Prontotour if the consulate does not grant a visa or rejects it.
Visa statuses in our programs are provided based on Republic of Turkey passports. Our guests holding passports of other countries can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Our guests traveling with less than 6 months validity may encounter the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
To be able to use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
During special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts, hotels far from the center may be used.
Some of our programs are offered based on several alternative hotels. Our programs with more than one hotel option may have the same guide and transfer vehicle.
In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotion tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may be extended in cases such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the visited country, road works and conditions.
Guests participating must have a Multi (Multiple Entry) Schengen visa or a Bulgaria visa valid throughout the tour period. (Green Passport holders are exempt from visa.)
To be able to bring items (alcohol - cigarettes etc.) when entering Turkey from abroad, a minimum stay of 1 day is required.
Free shop shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic drink (alcoholic drinks containing more than 22% alcohol, excluding wine and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic drink (alcoholic drinks containing less than 22% alcohol, including wine and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 pieces, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
Guides may make changes in the program flow depending on weather and road conditions, provided that they show every place specified in the program.
Waiting times at customs gates passed by road during travel may exceed standards; Pronto Tour cannot be held responsible for the negatives experienced due to these waiting times.
