Meeting at Ankara Esenboğa Airport International Departures departure terminal in front of the Sun Express Airlines counter 3 hours before the flight. After baggage, ticket and passport procedures, departure for Brussels with Sun Express Airlines flight XQ 774 at 07.10. After our arrival at local time 10.05, departure with our vehicle waiting at the area for our Panoramic Brussels city tour. With our arrival, the Royal Palace, Chinese and Japanese houses, Brussels Cathedral, City Square, Stock Exchange building, Atomium monument, Manneken Pis statue will be among the places to see. Our guests who wish can join the optional Brugge Tour (50€) organized by our guide. Departure to Brugge, which is famous for its lace and tapestries and has preserved its medieval architecture until today because it suffered no damage in World War II, always beautiful and fascinating. Following our arrival, in this walking tour we will see the heart of Brugge, the square (Market Palace) surrounded by colorful houses, various cafes and the famous clock tower Belfry, streets with countless shops selling lace and crafts, smelling of French fries, chocolate and waffles, carriages, canals intertwined with the city, bridges and swans, after which we transfer to our hotel in Brussels and overnight stay at our hotel
After morning breakfast, we set off towards Paris. With our arrival, in our panoramic Paris city tour, the Arc de Triomphe located in the splendor of the Eiffel Tower and Charles de Gaulle Square, Champs Elysees where famous brands are located, Concorde Square and Obelisk stone, Parliament Building will be among the places we will see. Free time after the tour. In the evening, guests who wish can join the Paris Night Tour (50 Euros) to be organized extra by your guide. In our tour where we will witness the views that give Paris the title of the City of Light after sunset, our tour is concluded with the night view of Eiffel tower, which turns into one of Paris's most beautiful jewels with La Fayette where world-famous brands are located, the garden where the glass pyramid of the Louvre museum is located and its lighting, and we transfer to our hotel. After breakfast at the hotel, all day free time. Guests who wish can join the Paris Masterpieces tour to be organized extra by your guide (150 Euros). On our full-day tour, after listening to the construction story and history of the Eiffel tower from our guide, we go up the tower to enjoy the panoramic view of Paris. After our boat tour that we will take on the Seine river, our next stop is Paris's next high point, Montmartre hill famous for its painters and Sacre Coeur Basilica, and then we move towards the Opera region. After breakfast at the hotel, all day free time. Guests who wish can join the Disneyland Tour to be organized extra by your guide (200 Euros). In our tour covering both Disneyland and Walt Disney Studios parks, guests of all ages can evaluate the day with theme parks where they can find the opportunity to have fun. With nearly 50 activities, you can ride the adventure train with Indiana Jones. You can meet various Disney characters and take photos. (In case of insufficient participation in our optional tour, guests who wish can participate in the tour to be determined extra by our guide.) At the end of our trip, we transfer to our hotel. After morning breakfast, departure towards Strasbourg. Guests who wish can join the extra Heidelberg tour. (50 euros) (Guests who will not participate in our optional tour will be left in Mannheim, guests will be picked up from here again upon return of the tour.) After our tour, we will continue our way towards Strasbourg. When we arrive in the city, Strasbourg, which has a historical importance as the place where the French National Anthem "La Marseillaise" was written, appears as a city where Alsace Culture and French architecture are blended. We visit the Notre-Dame de Strasbourg Cathedral, which held the title of the world's tallest structure until 1874, Rohan Palace, Kleber Square, and the Petit France region decorated with traditional Alsace Houses. The first stop of our tour is Eguisheim, one of the charming towns of Alsace. While wandering among the houses with beautiful colorful geraniums hanging from their wooden windows and balconies in its narrow charming streets, you will begin to get lost among past time stories. Eguisheim, which has been a member of the "France's Most Beautiful Villages" club since 2003, was chosen as the "French's Favorite Village in 2013". After our Eguisheim tour, departure to our 2nd stop, Colmar. Colmar, one of the fascinating cities with its colorful houses, flower-decorated streets and beauty, holds great importance as the starting point of the Alsace wine route. The canals that add beauty to Colmar's beauty are the branches of the Rhine River. The colorful historical buildings lining the river and dating back to the 1200s are the most prominent and noteworthy feature of the city. During our Colmar tour, while touring its carnival-like streets, we visit St. Martin's Cathedral with giant stork nests on it, Rue Marchand (Merchant Street), and the "Petite Venise" region meaning "Little Venice". Our last stop in our tour is Riquewihr, known as the most famous village of Alsace... 2 million people visit this charming town where 1200 people live, with the harmony of Alsace-style wooden and concrete mixed two-storey houses with each other, with different colors and house shapes. GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS:
**Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide can make changes on the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the closed status of museums and archaeological sites. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3 people) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissant, and varies according to the country.
**Guests included in the tour without flights may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers and may not be able to participate in the city tour if they do not use the same flights as the group. If they use a different flight, transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**In general, the baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, this domestic flight baggage allowance may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty costs for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's failure to grant a visa or rejection is not Prontotour's responsibility.
**Visa situations in our programs are given on the basis of Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of travel. Guests traveling for less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended that you check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open to abroad before leaving Turkey.
**Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
**Some of our programs are offered on the basis of hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle of our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
**In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellation and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade operations after the tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check if the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. originating from the airline.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
