After baggage and check-in procedures at the Trabzon Airport International departures terminal, we depart for Düsseldorf at 03:30 with XQ958 Sun Express Airlines. After our arrival in Düsseldorf at 06:50 local time, we depart for Amsterdam. Upon our arrival in Amsterdam, our city tour will include Dam Square, the Royal Palace, the National Monument, and the Central Station. Guests who wish can visit the Flower Market and the Red Light District during their free time. After our tour, we transfer to our Amsterdam hotel and stay overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast, our magnificent Holland Tour will take place. We will visit the towns of Marken and Volendam, Zaanse Schans, and tour the Amsterdam canals by boat. After breakfast, our Eiffel Tower & Seine River boat trip & Montmartre artists' hill & Sacre Coeur Basilica Tour will take place. In our tour, you will have the chance to discover this magical city from above by going up to the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower. Afterward, you will enjoy seeing Paris and its bridges from the river by touring around the islands with a 1-hour boat trip on the Seine River. Then, we go up to Montmartre, which has a historical background and is the highest hill, by cable car. After our free time in Tertre Square, where you will see both the bohemian lifestyle and find shopping opportunities, famous for the Sacre Coeur Basilica, our tour ends. In the evening, our guests who wish can participate in the Paris under the Lights tour, which will be organized as an extra (45 EUR). Overnight at our hotel. After breakfast at our hotel, we check out of the rooms. Free time until the time specified by your guide. Then, transfer to the airport. GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS:
**Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, there may be changes in tour prices. Any price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the number of participants and whether museums and ruins are closed, while remaining loyal to the content of our tours. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include entrance fees to museums and ruins and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissants, and varies according to the country.
**Guests included in the tour without flights may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use different flights, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**In general, the baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the baggage allowance on these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**The name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport must be entered into the system during registration. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fee for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa issuance. The consulate's failure to grant a visa or rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**The visa status in our programs is based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of other countries can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with less than 6 months of validity may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**It is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey to use your mobile phones abroad.
**Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
**Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
**In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. No cancellation or change can be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform upgrade procedures after the tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is). Check whether the group tickets of the program are in an upgradeable class. No mile guarantee is given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are the times reported by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc., caused by the airline.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may increase due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to an extra fee on some airlines.
