After baggage and check-in procedures at the Izmir Airport International departures terminal, we depart for Düsseldorf with Sun Express Airlines flight XQ958 at 11:40. After our arrival in Düsseldorf at 13:15 local time, we depart for Amsterdam. Upon our arrival in Amsterdam, our city tour will include Dam Square, the Royal Palace, the National Monument, and the Central Station. Guests who wish can visit the Flower Market and the Red Light District during their free time. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel in Amsterdam and stay overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast in the morning, our magnificent Holland Tour will take place. We will visit the towns of Marken and Volendam, Zaanse Schans, and tour the Amsterdam canals by boat. After our breakfast, our Eiffel Tower & Seine River boat trip & Montmartre artists' hill & Sacre Coeur Basilica tour will take place. In our tour, you will have the chance to discover this magical city from above by going up to the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower. Afterwards, you will enjoy seeing Paris and its bridges from the river by taking a tour around the islands with a 1-hour boat trip on the Seine River. Then, we go up to Montmartre, which has a historical background and is the highest hill, by funicular. After our free time in Tertre Square, where you will see the bohemian lifestyle and find shopping opportunities, famous for the Sacre Coeur Basilica, our tour ends. GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS:
**Extra tours are carried out with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, there may be changes in tour prices. Any price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be notified by our guide before the tour after the numbers are finalized.
**Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the number of participants and the status of museums and historical sites being closed, while remaining loyal to the content of our tours. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include entrance fees to museums and historical sites and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissants, and varies according to the country.
**Guests who are included in the tour without flights may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use different flights, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**The luggage allowance on most flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage allowance on these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
**The name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport must be entered into the system during registration. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fee for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa issuance. The consulate's refusal or denial of a visa is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**The visa status in our programs is based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of other countries can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the trip. Guests traveling with less than 6 months of validity may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
**Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
**Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with multiple hotel options may be the same.
**The location of our hotels and the content of the service provided in our tours with the promotion label may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform upgrade procedures depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after the tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are in an upgradeable class. No mile guarantee is given for every flight in our programs.
**The flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc., caused by the airline.
**The road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may increase due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to extra charges on some airlines.
