• TRAVEL ASSURANCE PACKAGE (Provides payment up to the tour cost for guests who face visa rejection or are unable to join the tour due to health issues. (The insured participation share (deductible) to be applied in compensation applications due to travel cancellation is 25% for visa rejection and 15% for health reasons. Details of coverage are included in the insurance policy terms. In addition, it includes many additional coverages from baggage loss and damage to personal accident coverage.)
• The travel assurance package fee varies in proportion to your tour cost.

GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, tour prices may be subject to change. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be communicated by our guide before the tour, after the numbers are obtained.
• Our guide may make changes in the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the number of participants, the closure status of museums and archaeological sites, while staying loyal to the content of our tours. This situation is also valid for changes that may occur in flight times.
• Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
• In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
• Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If there is availability, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
• Child discount is valid when staying in the same room with 2 adults.
• Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries) and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
• Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the visited countries is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as continental breakfast in a separate lounge. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissant, and shows variations according to the country.
• Guests included in the tour without flights may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers and may also not be able to participate in the city tour if they do not use the same flights as the group. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be reported to Prontotour in advance.
• In general, the luggage allowance for flights originating from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage allowance on these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight / price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
• During registration, the name, date of birth and passport number in the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty cost of flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information is reflected to the guests.
• Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate not granting a visa or giving a rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
• Visa statuses in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
• Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of travel. Guests traveling with less than 6 months may encounter the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
• It is recommended to check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open for international roaming before leaving Turkey in order to use your mobile phones abroad.
• Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
• Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. Programs with more than one hotel option may have the same guide and transfer vehicle.
• Our tours with the promotion indication may differ in the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided compared to our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
• Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can carry out upgrade procedures after their tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradeable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
• Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. Flight times in our tours organized with special flights may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes originating from the airline, overbooking, service disruptions, etc.
• Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, road works and conditions.
• Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
