We meet at the Istanbul Airport international departures terminal three hours before the flight. After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, we take our flight to Amsterdam with Turkish Airlines scheduled flight, and after our flight, we move to our private bus waiting for us at the airport. Then, we depart for our panoramic Amsterdam city tour. Dam Square, the Royal Palace, and Leidseplein are among the places to be seen. After our tour, transfer to your hotel in Amsterdam and free time to rest. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our optional Marken & Volendam & Giethoorn (130 Euro) tour for our guests who wish. In our tour; we visit the historical houses and ports in Volendam, an old fishing village, and then visit Marken, a small island. Then we move to Giethoorn, which is called the Venice of the North. You will feel yourself in a very different ambiance while visiting Giethoorn, which looks like a postcard with its canals, resembles a film set adapted from fairy tales, and is a fairy tale village that seems to have come out of the hands of Hobbits. After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Brussels. On the way, our guests who wish can participate in our optional Rotterdam (130 Euro) tour. In our tour, Dam Square, canals, bridges, the Historical Train Station, and the Royal Palace are among the places to be seen. After our tour, we depart for Brussels. The most important feature that makes the Grand Place, which is considered one of the most beautiful squares in Europe, different is the combination of three architectural styles: Baroque, Gothic, and Louis XIV. After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the airport depending on the flight time and flight to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. With our arrival at Istanbul Airport, our tour and services end.

GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS:
**Optional tours are held with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, there may be changes in tour prices. If there are not enough participants, any price differences that may arise will be notified by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the number of participants and the closure status of museums and historical sites, while remaining loyal to the content of our tours. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include entrance fees to museums and historical sites and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if accommodation is in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served in a separate hall as a continental breakfast. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissants, and varies according to the country.
**Guests included in the tour without flights may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use different flights, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**In general, the luggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage allowance on these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
**The name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system during registration. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fee for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal or denial of a visa is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**Visa statuses in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of other countries can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the trip. Guests traveling with less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**It is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey to use your mobile phones abroad.
**Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
**Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
**In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. No cancellation or change can be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade procedures after the tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is). Check if the group tickets of the program are in an upgradeable class. No mile guarantee is given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are the times reported by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc., caused by the airline.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to extra charges on some airlines.
