SABIHA GOKCEN - BUDAPEST

It is recommended to be present at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Terminal at least three hours before the flight time. After ticket and customs procedures, departure to Budapest with Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight. Upon landing at the airport, meeting with our guide and city tour. Heroes' Square, Oktogon Square, Historical Ice Rink, Vajdahunyad Castle, Andrássy Avenue, Parliament Building, and Opera House are the main places to be seen panoramically on our tour. Afterwards, transfer to our hotel, check-in, and free time. BUDAPEST (ESZTERGOM-STUROVO-SZENTENDRE)

After breakfast, free time for the whole day. Our guests who wish can participate in the Esztergom & Štúrovo (Slovakia) & Szentendre Trip, which will be organized as an extra (50 Euros). In Esztergom, the first capital of Hungary and the center of the Catholic Church, the Esztergom Basilica, which is the largest church and archbishopric center of the country, will be visited. When looking from the hill where the Basilica is located, the Danube River flowing in the west-east direction and the Slovakian lands located just across the river can be seen. After visiting the city of Štúrovo located on the Slovakian side on the opposite bank of the city of Esztergom, we move to Szentendre via Visegrád. The city, also known as the "Artists' Town", reflects the atmosphere of a typical Mediterranean town with its narrow, winding streets and architecture. Today, Szentendre is a settlement located at the beginning of the region called the Danube Bend, where the summer houses of the people of Budapest are located. It is extremely pleasant to sit in street cafes or walk in authentic narrow streets in the city where many churches are located. Szentendre, one of the most visited points of Hungary, has become a shopping paradise with this feature. There are dozens of shops selling handmade tablecloths, porcelain and glassware, wines, dolls, folkloric costumes, and wooden souvenirs. At the end of our tour, transfer to our hotel. In the evening, our guests who wish can participate in the Danube River Boat Tour, which will be organized as an extra (35 Euros). You can take your most beautiful photos while sipping your refreshments during the 1-hour boat trip on the Danube River, which is considered the symbol of the city and where the most magnificent historical buildings of Budapest are located on its banks. Overnight at our hotel.

BUDAPEST (VIENNA)

After breakfast, free time for the whole day. Our guests who wish can participate in the Vienna Tour, which will be organized as an extra (110 Euros). In the panoramic city tour to be held after our arrival in Vienna, the Opera House, Art History Museum, City Hall, Parliament Building, University, Votive Church, Maria-Theresien-Platz (Maria Theresa Square), and Hofburg Palace are among the main places to be seen. After the free time given after the tour, we move to Budapest. Following our arrival, transfer to our hotel and overnight at our hotel.

BUDAPEST - SABIHA GOKCEN

After breakfast, free time until transfer time. Our guests who wish can participate in the Step by Step Budapest tour, which will be organized as an extra (25 Euros). We start our tour with the Castle District; Lord's Street, Vienna Gate, Fisherman's Bastion, Vörösmarty Square, and Váci Street are the main places we will discover. After the tour, transfer to the airport. After the completion of ticket and customs procedures, departure to Istanbul with Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight. Arrival in Istanbul and end of our tour.

TRAVEL ASSURANCE PACKAGE (Provides payment up to the tour cost to guests who face visa rejection or are unable to join the tour due to illness. (The insured contribution share (deductible) to be applied in compensation applications due to travel cancellation is 15%. Coverage details are included in the insurance policy. In addition, it includes many additional coverages from luggage loss, damage, and theft to personal accident coverage.)
The travel assurance package fee varies in proportion to your tour cost.

GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, there may be changes in tour prices. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
Our guide may change the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether the museum or historical site is closed. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
Panoramic city tours do not include museum and historical site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
Check-in time in hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken in hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissants, and varies according to the country.
Guests who are included in the tour without flights may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use different flights, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
In most flights departing from Turkey, the luggage weight is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
The name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system during registration. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fee for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal or denial of a visa is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
The visa status in our programs is based on Republic of Turkey passports. Our guests who have passports of another country can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the trip. Our guests traveling with less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
It is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey to use your mobile phones abroad.
Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade procedures depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after the tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are in an upgradeable class. No mile guarantee is given for every flight in our programs.
The flight times specified in the programs are the times reported by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc., caused by the airline.
The road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
Food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to extra charges on some airlines.
