GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

Our tour programs are carried out with special (charter) flights. Departure and arrival times, flight plans, and airports used for charter flights may vary depending on airline operations, slot applications, and permissions and regulations of local and civil aviation authorities regarding airport conditions.

Flight times specified in the program are planned times and may be updated by the relevant airline and/or authorized authorities until the operation date. Due to the nature of charter flights, operational changes may occur in flight times and/or airports.

Prontotour makes the necessary planning to ensure that the tour program is carried out in the best possible way, the travel comfort of our guests is protected, and the most suitable flight alternative is offered in case of possible changes.

• Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes may occur in tour prices. If there are not enough participants, price differences that may occur will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
• Our hotels may vary as “or similar” due to operational reasons, remaining loyal to the committed star and category standards.
• Our guide can make changes on the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether the museum and historical sites are closed. This situation is also valid for changes that may occur in flight times.
• Panoramic city tours do not include museum and historical site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
• In triple rooms (triple room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to availability. If available, a triple room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
• Child discount is valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
• Check-in time in hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
• Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the visited countries is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissant, and varies depending on the country.
• Guests who are included in the tour without flights may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers and may not be able to participate in the city tour if they do not use the same flights as the group. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
• In general, the luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight in these domestic flights can drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
• During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number appearing on the passport must be entered into the system. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty cost of plane ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
• Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's failure to grant a visa or issuing a rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
• Visa statuses in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
• Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with a period of less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
• To use your cell phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open to abroad before leaving Turkey.
• Hotels far from the center can be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
• Some of our programs are offered on the basis of hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle of our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
• In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ according to our standard packages. Cancellation and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
• Guests who want to upgrade their plane tickets with their miles can carry out upgrade procedures after their tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mileage is not guaranteed for every flight in our programs.
• Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. originating from the airline.
• Road distances given in programs are map-based. Journey times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, road works, and conditions.
• Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
