GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

Our tour programs are carried out with special (charter) flights. Departure and arrival times, flight plans, and airports used for charter flights may vary depending on airline operations, slot applications, airport conditions, and the permissions and regulations of local and civil aviation authorities.

The flight times specified in the program are planned times and may be updated by the relevant airline and/or authorized authorities until the date of operation. Due to the nature of charter flights, operational changes may occur in flight times and/or airports.

Prontotour makes the necessary plans to ensure the tour program is carried out in the most appropriate way, to protect the travel comfort of our guests, and to offer the most suitable flight alternatives in case of possible changes.

• Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, there may be changes in tour prices. If there are not enough participants, price differences that may arise will be notified by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
• Our hotels may change to "similar" ones due to operational reasons, while adhering to the promised star and category standards.
• Our guide may change the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the number of participants and whether museums and archaeological sites are closed, while remaining loyal to the content of our tours. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
• Panoramic city tours do not include entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites and are intended to provide general information about the city.
• In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
• Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
• Child discount is valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
• Check-in time at hotels is usually 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
• Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissants, and varies according to the country.
• Guests included in the tour without flights may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use different flights, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
• In general, the luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
• During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
• Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal to grant a visa or rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
• Visa statuses in our programs are based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests with passports from other countries can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
• Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the trip. Guests traveling with less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
• It is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey to use your mobile phones abroad.
• Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
• Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
• In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
• Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade procedures after the tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are in an upgradeable class. Mile guarantees are not provided for every flight in our programs.
• Flight times specified in the programs are the times reported by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc., caused by the airline.
• Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
• Food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to extra charges on some airlines.
