KAYSERİ – SELJUK CIVILIZATION MUSEUM - KAYSERİ HIGH SCHOOL - HACI BEKTAŞ - I VELI DERGAH
Our tour; begins with the Ajet Airlines Sabiha Gökçen – Kayseri 07:05 flight. For our guests who wish to use the Sabiha Gökçen airport transfer; we have free shuttles departing at 03.00 from Beylikdüzü Migros Front, 03.30 from Yenibosna Airport AVM, 04.00 from in front of the Prontotour Head Office in Şişli, and 04.30 from next to the Kadıköy Marriage Office Parking Lot. (Shuttle times may vary depending on flight time changes. For tours with flights, shuttle time information is provided before the tour.) Guests who do not use the shuttle and come to the airport by their own means must be at Sabiha Gökçen Airport no later than 05.00. After completing our check-in procedures for our flight with our ID card / driver's license at the airport, we depart for Kayseri with the 06.55 flight. After the open buffet breakfast we will have in Kayseri, we start our trip. During our tour inside the Kayseri Walls and Castle, we see the Kayseri Castle (Inner Castle, Jewelers Bazaar, Castle Mosque) built during the time of Roman Emperor Gordianus III (238–244 AD), the Clock Tower in Republic Square, the Mahberi Honat Hatun Complex, and the Döner Kümbet. Afterwards, we visit the Kayseri High School (National Struggle Museum), which gave many martyrs and veterans in the Çanakkale, Sakarya, and War of Independence. Then we move to the Gevher Nesibe Hatun Madrasa and Darüşşifa, one of the first Turkish medical centers in Anatolia. The structure, consisting of medical madrasa, hospital, and asylum sections, has been opened to service today as the Seljuk Civilization Museum. After visiting our museum, we give free time in the pastrami bazaar for pastrami - sausage shopping. Our last stop will be the complex where the tomb of Hacı Bektaş-ı Veli is located, who was born in Khorasan, embraced all segments with his universal views from the 13th century to the present, and is also the Pir of the Janissaries. In the Hacı Bektaş-ı Veli Museum; we complete our tour of the Balım Sultan Tomb, Güvenç Abdal Tomb, Hacı Bektaş Veli Tomb, Forty Square, Pir House, Third Courtyard Pantry House, Square House, Square House Mosque, Soup Kitchen, Second Courtyard (Dervish Lodge Courtyard), and First Courtyard (Nadar Courtyard).

GÖREME OPEN AIR MUSEUM – WINE CELLAR – PAŞABAĞ – ÇAVUŞİN – DERVENT VALLEY - PIGEON VALLEY
On the second day of our tour, before breakfast, our guests who wish can have the opportunity to participate in the Balloon Tour, ATV Tour, and Balloon Take-off Watching Tour (EXTRA). After breakfast, we visit the Göreme Open Air Museum in Göreme Valley, formerly known as Korama. Rock churches (Elmalı, Yılanlı, Çarıklı Churches), refectory, kitchen, pantry, and the Tokalı Church, where the Bible is depicted from beginning to end, will be among the places we will see in the museum. Afterwards, we head towards Ürgüp. After the panoramic tour we will take in Ürgüp, we visit the wine cellars and have the opportunity to taste the delicious wines of Cappadocia. Afterwards, we see the capped fairy chimneys and the Three Beauties Fairy Chimneys, which are the symbol of Cappadocia. Then, we take a short break in Pigeon Valley, where we can see Uçhisar Castle, the highest point of the region, panoramically. We take photos of Pigeon Valley and Uçhisar Castle and take a short break at the store where you can find pumpkin seeds and other local natural products unique to the region. After our shopping break, we get information about the features and processing of stones at the Onyx Stone Workshop located in the Avanos region and take a shopping break. Afterwards, we take a photo break in Paşabağ (Monks Valley), where you will see the most beautiful examples of multi-headed fairy chimneys, by seeing Çavuşin Village panoramically. After the Develi Valley (Dervent Valley) trip, which contains interesting fairy chimney formations and takes its name from the camel-shaped fairy chimney, we go to Avanos, famous for its pottery. We see the Kızılırmak River in Avanos and get information about the pottery made from the mud of the Kızılırmak River at the pottery workshop. We go to the Turkish Night, which is unique to the region and a must-do for Cappadocia tours, with our guests who wish. (Extra)

MUSTAFAPAŞA - UNDERGROUND CITY – IHLARA VALLEY - NEVŞEHİR CASTLE DISTRICT
On the third day of our tour; after breakfast at our hotel, our first stop will be the Leather Workshop and store. Following some free time here, we head to Mustafapaşa, where the Asmalı Konak (Panoramic) series was filmed and where you can see the finest examples of Greek stonemasonry. After a pleasant walk through the mystical streets of Mustafapaşa, we will visit the Özkonak Underground City (depending on density and the tour program, one of the Derinkuyu or Kaymaklı Underground Cities may be visited), which was built to allow thousands of people fleeing enemy raids to live for months. We then depart for Ihlara Valley, known in historical sources as Peristremma, one of the rare areas where nature, history, art, and culture converge with its vegetation, churches, and chapels. Ihlara Valley, which contains thousands of living spaces, is the largest canyon in the world where people lived in the past, unlike other canyons (In case of road work, the Ihlara Valley tour will be conducted from the Belisırma Village or Selimiye side). During our walk, we will see the pigeon lofts, the Melendiz River, living spaces, and the Kırkdamaltı Church (Saint George Church). After a short break by the river, we visit the old settlement area carved into the rocks at the foothills of the recently opened Nevşehir Castle. The places we will see here include; the Underground city, Kaya Mosque, Bezirhane, and Old Rock Houses. Afterwards, we depart for Kayseri Airport to begin our return journey. We reach Istanbul by boarding our 23.00 flight operated by Ajet Airlines. For our guests who wish to use Sabiha Gökçen Airport, we have shuttles to Kadıköy, Şişli, and Yenibosna. TURKISH NIGHT
In the entertainment held in authentic venues carved into the rock, unique to the Cappadocia region, folk dances from every region of our country are performed and a belly dancer takes the stage. Unlimited local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and appropriate appetizers are served during the night, which also includes various musical performances, animations, and entertainment.
BALLOON TOUR
Our tour, which will last between 60 – 75 minutes depending on weather and seasonal conditions, ends with our transfer to your hotel. Around 5 in the morning, our vehicles pick you up, our esteemed guests, from your hotel and bring you to the take-off area. While the balloons are being prepared for flight on the ground, our guests have a light open buffet breakfast. After a short preparation, the balloons start their flight near sunrise. The flight lasts approximately 1 hour. During the flight, our balloon rises to an altitude of approximately 1000 feet, giving our guests the opportunity to watch the sunrise. It also offers the opportunity to enter the valleys to watch the fairy chimneys and valley views, take photos, and record videos. At the end of the flight, a champagne celebration is held for our guests. In addition, a flight certificate will be given as a souvenir of the flight. The entire balloon flight adventure lasts approximately 3 hours, and our guests will be dropped off at their hotels or the excursion point around 8 in the morning.
ATV TOUR
Our tour, which will last between 45 - 60 minutes depending on weather and seasonal conditions, ends with our transfer to our hotel. Around 5 in the morning, our vehicles pick you up, our esteemed guests, from your hotel and bring you to the take-off area. After a light breakfast here, we board our ATV vehicles to enter the valleys that cannot be reached by buses and to photograph the exquisite views. The valleys that are heavily entered during our ATV tour will be impressive valleys such as Love Valley and Monks Valley.

CLIMATE
Since the region is surrounded by high mountains, the humid temperate air of the seas cannot penetrate the region. For this reason, a continental climate prevails in the region, with hot and dry summers and cold and snowy winters. In the region, the degree of continentality increases as one moves towards the east due to the increase in altitude, and winter temperatures reach very low values. Central Anatolia is the region of our country that receives the least precipitation. The average precipitation is around 400 mm. The region receives the most precipitation in the form of showers in the spring months. The driest season is summer. The fact that summers are dry and the summer drought starts early has a negative effect on vegetable-type plants. The place with the least precipitation in the region and our country is the surroundings of Lake Tuz (320 mm). The lack of precipitation is due to the region being closed to the sea effect. The humid air mass coming from the sea leaves its moisture as precipitation on the slopes of the mountains facing the sea. It is already dry when it blows towards the Central Anatolia Region.
