GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

  • Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our PROMOTION tours.
  • Information about the hotel location should be obtained from your sales representative.
  • Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, there may be changes in tour prices. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
  • Our guide may change the days of the city tour or extra tours depending on the number of participants and the status of museums and historical sites being closed, provided that they remain loyal to the content of our tours. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
  • Panoramic city tours do not include entrance to museums and historical sites. It is a tour intended to provide general information about the city.
  • In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
  • Triple rooms are provided subject to availability. 3-person room reservation is made according to availability. Triple rooms may appear smaller than other rooms due to the extra bed.
  • Child discount is valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
  • Check-in times to hotels are determined by international rules and are between 14:00 – 15:00. Check-out times are 10:00.
  • Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the country visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served in a separate hall as a continental breakfast. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissant, and varies according to the country.
  • Guests who are included in the tour without flights may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flight as the group, and they may not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, their transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
  • In general, the luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there is a domestic flight in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on this domestic flight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by airlines and are not under the responsibility of Pronto Tour.
  • During the purchase of the tour, the name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be reported correctly. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Cancellation and change penalty fees for tickets resulting from incorrect information are collected from the guest.
  • Pronto Tour is an intermediary institution between the consulate and our guests in visa applications and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal to grant a visa or rejection is not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
  • The visa situations specified in our programs are based on Republic of Turkey passports. Our guests who have passports of other countries can check their visa situations from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
  • Passports must have a minimum validity period of 6 months based on the end of the travel date. Guests traveling with a passport with less than 6 months of validity may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the passport police of the country they are traveling to. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
  • It is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey to use your mobile phones abroad.
  • Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
  • Some of our programs are offered for sale based on hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle of our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
  • In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations or changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotion tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
  • Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade transactions depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after the tickets are issued. Check whether the group ticket of the program you purchased is from an upgradeable class. Not every flight in our programs guarantees miles.
  • The flight times specified in the programs are the times reported by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Pronto Tour is in an intermediary position between the airline and our passengers. Pronto Tour cannot be held responsible in any way for delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. caused by the airline.
  • The road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may extend in cases such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, etc.
  • Food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to a fee on some airlines.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT Effective from March 1st, in accordance with the rules of the International Civil Aviation Organization and the European Civil Aviation Conference, restrictions have been imposed on liquids that passengers traveling by airline can carry in their hand and cabin bags during their travels. Liquid products purchased from the duty-free shop or during the flight will be placed in a special bag by the officer along with the invoice, and the mouth of the bag will be sealed. After this bag and the invoice belonging to the product are checked at the security checkpoint, it will be allowed to be taken onto the plane. Each passenger can carry 1 plastic bag and each product in the bag can be a maximum of 100 ml. If traveling to the final destination by transferring at another airport, the special duty-free shopping bag given at the store or on the plane must not be opened until the last airport of arrival. Otherwise, the contents of the bag may be confiscated at the transfer area. Some liquid substances included in the restriction: *All kinds of liquids including water, syrup, alcohol, creams, lotions, oils, perfumes, mascara and similar makeup materials, shaving foams, deodorants, all kinds of paste-like substances, foods that are not completely solid such as jam or honey, contact lens liquids, shampoos and other substances similar to these substances. Since there is no liquid restriction applied to checked-in luggage, it is recommended that you put liquid products in your checked-in luggage, taking into account the restrictions that have come into effect while preparing your bags. Exceptions may be applied for passengers traveling with babies for baby food/milk or for people who are required to use medication for the amount sufficient for the duration of the trip and in its original packaging, but they may be asked to taste the baby food or medicine or document the illness/medicine at the checkpoint.
