ISTANBUL – GIRONA – BARCELONA

It is recommended to be at the airport at least 3 hours before the flight. Following ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, flight to Girona with Prontotour's special flight. Upon our arrival in Girona, we depart for Barcelona with our private bus waiting for us at the airport. Following our arrival in Barcelona, we check in to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel. (100 KM)

BARCELONA

Following the morning breakfast at the hotel, we depart from our hotel to carry out our Barcelona panoramic city tour. During our city tour; Port Vell, Christopher Columbus Monument, Passeig de Gràcia, Casa Batlló, La Pedrera, Sagrada Família, Olympic Stadium, Palau Sant Jordi, and Calatrava Tower are among the places to be seen. After our tour, we give free time in the city center. Guests who wish can join the Barcelona Wonders: Gothic & El Born Neighborhoods Tour (45 EUR per Person) to be organized extras by our guide. During our walking tour to be carried out accompanied by our guide; La Rambla, La Boqueria, Temple of Augustus, Jewish Quarter, Barcelona Cathedral, Bishop's Bridge, Sant Jaume Square, and Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar are among the places to be seen. BARCELONA – VALENCIA

Following the morning breakfast at the hotel, we check out of our rooms and depart for Valencia. Following our arrival in Valencia, we carry out our panoramic city tour. During our tour; Valencia Cathedral, Plaza de Toros, City Hall, Generalitat Palace, and Serranos Towers are among the places to be seen. Following our city tour, we depart for Valencia Marina. Guests who wish can join the Valencia Catamaran Tour (65 EUR per Person) to be organized extras by our guide. During our enjoyable catamaran tour along the Valencia coast, we find the opportunity to watch the scenery of the Mediterranean and the city's skyline at sunset from the sea. VALENCIA – TOLEDO – MADRID

Following the morning breakfast at the hotel, we check out of our rooms and set off towards Madrid. On our route, guests who wish can join the Toledo Tour (75 EUR per Person) to be organized extras by our guide. Looking like a real open-air museum, Toledo is the former capital of Spain. Located on the UNESCO World Heritage List, the city is one of Spain's most important cultural cities with its structures bearing traces of Roman, Visigoth, Arab, Gothic, and Renaissance periods, narrow streets, and impressive architecture. Known as the city of El Greco, in Toledo; panoramic viewpoints, San Martín Bridge, Jewish Quarter, Zocodover Square, and Toledo Cathedral are among the places to be seen. We find the opportunity to see the works of El Greco in Toledo Cathedral. Following our Toledo tour, we depart for Madrid. Following our arrival in Madrid, we carry out our panoramic city tour.          GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

  • Optional tours require a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, tour prices may be subject to change. If there are not enough participants, price differences that may arise will be informed by our guide before the tour once the numbers are finalized.
  • Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour or optional tours, keeping the content of our tours intact, depending on the number of participants and whether the museum and archaeological sites are closed. This condition also applies to potential changes in flight schedules.
  • Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances. It is a tour aimed at providing general information about the city.
  • In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
  • Triple rooms are provided subject to availability. 3-person room reservations are made based on availability. Triple rooms may appear smaller than other rooms due to the extra bed.
  • Child discount is valid if accommodation is shared in the same room with 2 adults.
  • Hotel check-in times are determined by international rules and are between 14:00 – 15:00. Check-out time is 10:00.
  • Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the visited country is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as continental breakfast in a separate lounge. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, jam, and croissant, and varies depending on the country.
  • Guests included in the tour without flights, if they do not use the same flight as the group, will not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers and may not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
  • Luggage weight on flights originating from Turkey is generally 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there is a domestic flight in the visited country, the luggage weight on this domestic flight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight / price rules are determined by airlines and are not under Pronto Tour's responsibility.
  • During the purchase of the tour, the name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be reported accurately. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation and change penalty fees for tickets resulting from erroneous information will be charged to the guest.
  • Pronto Tour is an intermediary institution between the consulate and our guests in obtaining visas and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. Consulates not granting visas or issuing rejections is not Prontotour's responsibility.
  • Visa statuses specified in our programs are stated based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of another country can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
  • Passports must have a minimum validity period of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with a passport with a validity period of less than 6 months may encounter the situation of not being admitted to the country by the passport police of the country they are traveling to. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
  • To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open for international roaming before leaving Turkey.
  • Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
  • Some of our programs are offered for sale based on hotels with multiple alternatives. Programs with more than one hotel option may have the same guide and transfer vehicle.
  • In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations or changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
  • Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform upgrade operations after the tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group ticket of the program you purchased is from an upgradeable class. Every flight in our programs does not guarantee miles.
  • Flight times specified in the programs are times notified by the airlines. Flight times on tours organized with special flights may change up to 48 hours in advance. Pronto Tour is in an intermediary position between the airline and our passengers. Pronto Tour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking sales, service disruptions, etc., originating from the airline.
  • Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may get longer in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, road works, etc.
  • Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to a fee.
