Our tour begins with our meeting at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we depart for Bogota in the morning with a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. We welcome the new day on the plane. After arriving in Bogota, we transfer to our hotel with our private vehicle waiting for us. After check-in procedures at the hotel, free time. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast, we depart from our hotel for our Bogota city tour. In this part of our tour, we will first visit the Gold Museum and the Botero Museum. The Botero Museum, one of the most important art museums in Bogota, consists of very valuable works donated by the famous artist Fernando Botero. After the museum, we will see the La Candelaria district, the oldest neighborhood of Bogota and the place where the city was first founded. In this neighborhood, you will be able to see the Spanish colonial period architecture and trace the marks of the colonial style. Afterwards, we will visit Plaza Bolivar to get to know the historical texture of the city. At our next destination, we will witness the city view from Monserrate Hill and, weather permitting, a magnificent sunset. We will ascend to this hill by funicular, visit a church located at the top, and take our photos. After our tour, we return to our hotel to rest. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast, we begin our excursion to the famous Catedral De Sal Zipaquira (Salt Cathedral). Located approximately 180 meters underground, this impressive structure is one of the most extraordinary religious buildings in the world with its giant galleries, tunnels, and magnificent crosses. The cathedral, which has a unique atmosphere both architecturally and artistically, was built entirely by carving salt rocks. The giant salt cross inside, the main worship hall, and the illuminated tunnels extending to different sections offer visitors a fascinating experience and create a unique environment for capturing unforgettable photo frames. After our excursion, we transfer to our hotel. Afterwards, we will have free time. Accommodation at our hotel in Bogota.
After breakfast at our hotel, we transfer to the airport for our Punta Cana flight, which we will carry out with local airlines. After a flight of approximately 3.5 hours, we arrive in Punta Cana, one of the most well-known beach paradises of the Caribbean, on the eastern tip of the Dominican Republic. We transfer from the airport to our hotel in Punta Cana, which offers summer weather all year round with its white sandy beaches, palm-fringed coastline, and turquoise water. After settling in, the rest of the day is free time. Within the all-inclusive concept of our hotel, you can relax on the beach shaded by palm trees, cool off in the shallow and clear Caribbean waters, or enjoy yourself by the pool. GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS:
**Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, there may be changes in tour prices. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be notified by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the number of participants and the status of museums and archaeological sites being closed, while adhering to the content of our tours. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if accommodation is in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served in a separate hall as a continental breakfast. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissants, and varies according to the country.
**Guests included in the tour without flights may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use different flights, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**In general, the luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
**The name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system during registration. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fee for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal or denial of a visa is not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
**Visa situations in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of other countries can check their visa situations from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the trip. Guests traveling with less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
**Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
**Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
**In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform upgrade procedures depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after the tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are in an upgradeable class. Mile guarantee is not provided for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are the times reported by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, sales above capacity, service disruptions, etc. caused by the airline.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to extra charges on some airlines.
