After meeting with our guide at the Istanbul Airport International Terminal and completing our baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, we begin our Turkish Airlines scheduled flight to Buenos Aires. After landing in Buenos Aires in the evening, we transfer to our hotel with our private vehicle waiting for us. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast at our hotel, we begin our Buenos Aires tour. Although it is one of the largest cities in South America, you cannot help but feel like you are visiting an important European city with its architecture, cuisine consisting of delicious dishes, and of course, the tango overflowing from its heart. Our first stop in the unique city of Buenos Aires, which tells us with its existence why it is nicknamed the "Paris of South America," will be the La Recoleta district. In this place, which is one of the exclusive districts of the city, we will see the Recoleta Cemetery, where Eva Peron's grave is also located. The La Boca district is among the other important points of our trip. After our tour, free time for you to explore the city as you wish. In the evening, our guests who wish can participate in the evening event Evening Dinner Tango Night (140 USD), which will be organized optionally by our guide. In this trip where we will also have our dinner, we will be in one of the best tango venues in the city to witness a completely different tango experience. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast at our hotel, we set off to explore the Tigre Delta region, famous for its water channels and green islets. When we reach this unique delta region located near Buenos Aires, a different atmosphere welcomes us with natural habitats extending between river branches, wooden piers, and settlements on the water. During our tour, we take a pleasant trip between the delta channels by boat. Along the way, we have the opportunity to observe the summer houses unique to the region, small islets, and the lifestyle intertwined with nature. Accompanied by our guide, we get information about the formation of the region, settlement culture, and daily life. We will have our lunch during our tour. After our trip, we return to Buenos Aires and transfer to our hotel. Free time is given to rest for the remainder of the day. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, we transfer to the airport. After our pleasant Salta flight, which we will carry out with local airlines, we arrive in this unique city of Argentina that fascinates with its colonial architecture, impressive mountain views, and authentic atmosphere. We explore the city of Salta, known by the nickname "La Linda," meaning "Beautiful." We walk in the historical center where colonial architecture and vibrant culture are intertwined; we have the opportunity to see the magnificent Salta Cathedral, the striking San Francisco Church, and the main square, which is the heart of the city. Afterwards, free time and accommodation at our hotel.
After breakfast at our hotel, we set off towards the heart of the Humahuaca Gorge, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Our first stop is Purmamarca. In this village, where indigenous peoples keep the traditions inherited from their ancestors alive, we walk through the streets surrounded by mountains; we witness a riot of colors extending to intense reds, greens, and purples among the adobe houses. The Seven-Colored Mountain, rising just behind the village, reveals the most striking example of this color palette. We visit the historical church and the local market full of colorful textile products, ceramics, and handmade jewelry. Then, climbing the winding mountain road, we reach Salinas Grandes (Great Salt Desert), located at an altitude of 3,450 meters above sea level. We take our photo break in this surreal landscape framed by the Andes mountains and the pure white salt surface extending as far as the eye can see. We return to our hotel in the evening. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart early for our long and visually extremely rich journey. (Breakfast may be in the form of a package.) The road begins to rise along Argentina's Puna plateau. As we cross the winding mountain passes, the altitude gradually increases; around us, vast plains, volcanic mountains, and an endless sky where Andean condors glide welcome us. About 3 hours after Purmamarca, we reach the Jama Border Gate at an altitude of 3,800 meters. Here, we complete our Argentina exit and Chile entry procedures. Border procedures take an average of 1 hour. After the completion of the procedures, we are now on Chilean soil. The road slowly begins to descend, and we enter the Atacama Desert, the driest desert in the world. Advancing for about 3.5 more hours through red-brown plains resembling the Martian surface, giant cacti, and snow-capped volcanic peaks rising in the distance, we reach Calama in the afternoon and settle into our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
( Passport control and vehicle documents are examined at the Chilean border gate, and it is strictly forbidden to carry food items such as meat, dairy products, and fresh fruits and vegetables with you. )
After breakfast at the hotel, we transfer to the airport to carry out our Santiago flight. After the flight we will carry out with local airlines, we arrive in Santiago, founded at the foothills of the Andes Mountains, where modern life and historical texture meet in perfect harmony. After our arrival, we go up to San Cristobal Hill by cable car to see the panoramic view of Santiago. We get to know the city more closely with our guide's narration, and after the free time at this point where we can photograph both Santiago and the Andes Mountains, we transfer to our hotel to rest. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast at our hotel, we set off towards Valparaíso, waiting on the Pacific coast, 115 kilometers west of Santiago. This city, where Nobel Prize-winning poet Pablo Neruda lived for many years, has always held a special meaning for artists, bohemians, and romantics. Valparaíso, which was a critical port where ships passing from the Atlantic to the Pacific stopped over until the end of the 19th century and where Chile's rich copper mines were opened to the world, lost this strategic importance with the opening of the Panama Canal in 1914. Today, it has turned into an open-air museum with its colorful houses, steep hills, and vibrant street art; it has taken its place on the UNESCO World Heritage List. After our trip in Valparaiso, we reach the neighboring city of Viña del Mar with a short journey. This city, which is the land where vineyards were first established in Chile, has transformed over time as the cold nights of the Pacific moved viticulture to the inner regions; today, it has gained the identity of a stylish coastal city with its summer villas, palm-lined boulevards, and casinos. We will have our lunch break in the vineyards of this city, which is world-famous for its wines, and we will experience these unique tastes with wine tasting. After our Viña del Mar visit, we begin our return journey to Santiago. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast at our hotel, we begin our city tour to deeply explore the historical and cultural fabric of Santiago. Our first stop is Plaza de Armas, the heart of the city. Framed by magnificent colonial-era buildings, this historic square carries the century-old memory of Santiago. We examine the Metropolitan Cathedral and the former National Congress Building that surround the square. Then, we move on to Bellavista, the city's most colorful and artistic district. In this neighborhood, where Pablo Neruda's iconic house, La Chascona, is located, we stroll among street art, lively restaurants, and boutique shops. From here, we head to Barrio Italia to discover its antique shops, local designer workshops, and the district's unique atmosphere. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, we transfer to Santiago airport. Following our baggage check-in and passport control procedures, we board our flight to Istanbul. Overnight on the plane.
We arrive at Istanbul Airport towards noon, marking the end of our tour. Hope to see you on your next trip...
