Meeting at Istanbul Airport International Terminal 3 hours before our flight. After our ticket, baggage, and customs procedures, we depart for Warsaw, the capital of Poland, with the scheduled flight of Turkish Airlines. Arrival in Warsaw after a flight of approximately 2.5 hours. After our arrival, we start our panoramic Warsaw city tour. Our first stop is the statue of the famous astronomer Copernicus, who left his mark on the world of science. Then, we take a walk along the Royal Route, one of the most prestigious walking routes in the city. We closely feel the cultural atmosphere of the city accompanied by magnificent structures, monuments, and churches located on this historical route. On the way, we visit the Holy Cross Church and see the pillar where the heart of Poland's world-famous composer Frédéric Chopin is kept. Then, proceeding along Krakowskie Przedmiescie Street, we reach the Old Town Square, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Here, we listen to the rebirth story of Warsaw accompanied by the Royal Castle, historical squares, and colorful buildings. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel. In the evening, our guests who wish can participate in the Chopin Concert (65 Euro per person) to be organized as an extra by our guide. This concert, where we will have the opportunity to listen to the works of the world-famous composer live in a historical atmosphere, will offer an unforgettable experience. After breakfast at our hotel, our guests who wish can participate in the Torun Tour (80 Euro) to be organized as an extra by our guide. Torun contains monumental churches, a historical town hall, and city walls, all made of brick, reflecting Medieval Gothic architecture. Torun, the city where Nicolaus Copernicus, who proved the fact that the world is not at the center of the universe, was born and raised, is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. After visiting the old town center, the Town Hall, and Copernicus' house, return to our hotel in Warsaw. Accommodation at our hotel in Warsaw.
After breakfast at our hotel, we check out and depart for Krakow. Our guests who wish can participate in the Czestochowa Jasna Gora Monastery tour to be organized as an extra on the way (25 Euro). The Jasna Gora Pauline Monastery, home to the Black Madonna painting and the Virgin Mary temple, hosting approximately five million visitors every year, makes the city of Czestochowa an open-air museum. After the tour, we continue to Warsaw. Immediately after our arrival in Krakow, we start our Krakow city tour, which will take us on a fascinating journey. We enter the city through the Barbican Fortress, one of the most magnificent defensive structures of the Middle Ages. From here, we step into the Old Town by passing through the historical Florian Gate, where kings entered the city. Our walk along Florianska Street, famous for its historical texture, takes us to the Krakow Old Town Square, one of the largest squares in Europe. In the square; the magnificent St. Mary's Church, the statue of the famous Polish poet Adam Mickiewicz, whose museum is in Dolapdere, Istanbul, the magnificent Sukiennice (Cloth Hall), the Old Town Hall, and the impressive statue of Igor Mitoraj, one of the great names of modern art, welcome us. Our tour continues along Grodzka Street, one of the most important historical streets of the city, and reaches Wavel Castle, one of the symbols of Poland. After exploring the castle structure here, we complete our city tour by seeing the famous Dragon Statue greeting us on the banks of the Vistula River. After breakfast at our hotel, we visit the Wieliczka Salt Mine (75 Euro per person), which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List and is one of the oldest and most impressive mines in the world, with our guests who wish. This magnificent mine, which has been actively used since the 13th century, has also hosted the wedding ceremonies of the Kings of Poland. Our journey in this underground world, which offers a fascinating atmosphere with its 327-meter depth and 3.5 km long tunnels, will be one of the most unforgettable memories of our day. Our guests who wish can participate in the Auschwitz Concentration Camp tour (75 Euro per person) to be organized as an extra by our guide. The Auschwitz – Birkenau Nazi Camp, where many people lost their lives during the Second World War, is today on the UNESCO World Heritage List and is an important monument witnessing history. During our visit, we first see the barracks, administrative buildings, and the museum that sheds light on the history of the camp, which are preserved in the Auschwitz I section. Then we move to the Birkenau (Auschwitz II) section, which is spread over a large area. Here, we feel the traces of the period more closely with the famous entrance gate, railway line, accommodation areas, and memorial area. With its silence and impressive atmosphere, the camp deeply reminds visitors of both the pains of the past and the value of peace. After our tour, return to our hotel. After breakfast at our hotel, we check out and transfer to Krakow Airport. After our ticket and baggage procedures, we depart for Istanbul with the scheduled flight of Turkish Airlines. Our tour ends with our arrival in Istanbul.

GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS :
**Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, there may be a change in tour prices. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the closed status of museums and archaeological sites. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include entrance to museums and archaeological sites and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served in a separate hall as a continental breakfast. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissants, and varies according to the country.
**Guests included in the tour without flights may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use different flights, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**In general, the luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
**The name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system during registration. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty cost for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal or denial of a visa is not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
**The visa status in our programs is based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of other countries can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the trip. Guests traveling with less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
**Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
**Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
**In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellation and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade procedures depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after the tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are in an upgradeable class. No mile guarantee is given for every flight in our programs.
**The flight times specified in the programs are the times reported by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. caused by the airline.
**The road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to extra charges on some airlines.
