We gather at the port of Istanbul according to the boarding time announced by the cruise company to join our ship Costa Pacifica. After completing our check-in and baggage procedures, we settle into our cabins and make use of our free time to get familiar with the ship before our journey. You can watch the view of Istanbul from the deck, explore the common areas, and get information about the facilities you can use throughout the travel. We follow the safety briefing and other guidance announced by the ship. Our ship will depart from Istanbul at 17:30. We spend our first night of the sea journey starting from Istanbul on board.
DAY 02 KAVALA
Our ship will arrive at the Port of Kavala at 11:00. Guests who wish can spend their free time exploring the city center of Kavala. A pleasant walk along the coast will be a great start to enjoy the view of the Aegean Sea and take a short break at the cafes around the port. The Kavala Aqueduct, one of the symbols of the city, and the historical Old Town area are among the alternatives for guests who want to take photos. Guests who wish can explore the Panagia district with its narrow streets and traditional architecture, and shop in the bazaars and small shops in the city center. DAY 05 KUSADASI
Our ship will arrive at the Port of Kusadasi at 08:00. Guests who wish can spend their free time exploring the area around the port and the city center. The narrow streets of the Kaleici area within walking distance to the port, the surroundings of the historical Okuz Mehmet Pasha Caravanserai, and the bazaar area offer suitable options for a pleasant walk. You can proceed along the coastal road to Pigeon Island, take photos accompanied by the Aegean view, and give short breaks at cafes. Guests who want to shop can visit the bazaars and shops around the port. Guests who prefer to visit the nearby Ancient City of Ephesus with their own transportation arrangements need to evaluate the entrance conditions and return time separately. Guests who prefer museum or archaeological site visits need to separately evaluate the entrance conditions and the time they need to allocate. Instead of going to the city, it is also possible to spend time around the port or rest on board. We recommend making your return plan to the ship by considering the transportation time between Piraeus and the city center. DAY 07 SAILING AT SEA
Our day will be spent sailing at sea. On this day with no port visit, guests who wish can relax on the deck accompanied by the sea view, read a book, and spend time in common areas. You can review the ship's daily event announcements and evaluate options suitable for your interests. You can plan your day at your own pace, review the photos you took throughout the journey, or enjoy a quiet conversation with your loved ones. The hours and participation conditions of the events will be announced on board. While our journey continues at sea, our overnight stay will be on board.
DAY 08 ISTANBUL
Our ship will arrive at the port of Istanbul at 07:00. On the last morning of our journey, we complete our preparations for leaving the ship by checking our personal belongings and travel documents. We carry out our procedures according to the departure order and baggage delivery arrangement to be announced by the cruise company. Since the arrival time at the port and the time when the disembarkation from the ship will be completed may differ, we organize our personal transportation plans after the port accordingly. After picking up our luggage, our program ends at the port of Istanbul.
