**Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, there may be a change in tour prices. If there are not enough participants, any price differences that may occur will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide may change the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether the museum or archaeological site is closed. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.

**Guests who are included in the tour without flights may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may not be able to participate in the city tour. **In most flights departing from Turkey, the luggage weight is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
**The name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system during registration. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. **The visa status in our programs is given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of other countries can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the trip. Guests traveling with less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.

**Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
