After completing your baggage and ticket procedures at the Sun Express Airlines counter at Adnan Menderes Airport International Terminal, we fly to Milan with the Sun Express Airlines scheduled flight. (It is recommended to be at the airport three hours before your flight in order to finish your passport control and ticket/baggage procedures on time.) Following our arrival in Milan, we proceed to Milan with our private bus waiting for us at the area. We start our program with a Milan city tour. Milan, one of the fashion capitals of Europe, also stands out with its cuisine, opera, churches, and priceless works of art. Although it is the business and financial capital of Italy, Milan, which is also the right address for shopping, nightlife, and dining experience, will see the famous opera house La Scala, Duomo Square and Cathedral, La Galeria where you can shop with pleasure with many famous brands, Porta Romano, and free time will be given. GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS :
**Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, tour prices may be subject to changes. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide can make changes on the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether the museum and archaeological site is closed. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site admissions and are intended to give general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (triple room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms are provided subject to availability. If available, a triple room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discounts are valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time in hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken in hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate lounge. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, jam, and croissant, and varies according to the country.
**Guests who join the tour without flights, if they do not use the same flights as the group, may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers and may not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, their transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**Luggage weight is generally 20 Kg. on flights originating from Turkey. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight can drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number in the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty cost of flight ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information is reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate not granting a visa or giving a rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**Visa conditions in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests with another country's passport can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of travel. Guests traveling with less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**In order to use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended that you check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open to abroad before leaving Turkey.
**Hotels far from the center can be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
**Some of our programs are offered on the basis of hotels with several alternatives. Programs with more than one hotel option may have the same guide and transfer vehicle.
**The location of our hotels and the content of the service provided in our tours with the promotion phrase may differ compared to our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade flight tickets with their miles can carry out upgrade procedures after the tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check if the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mileage guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are times reported by the airlines. Flight times in tours organized with special flights can vary up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. originating from the airline.
**Road distances given in programs are map-based. Journey times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
**In accordance with the decision taken by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, liquid restrictions have started on all flights.
