ACCOMMODATION AND FLIGHT NOTES

• Hotel check-in times are between 15:00 – 17:00 / check-out times are between 10:00 – 12:00.
• Departure and arrival times are local times.
• *Flights marked with an asterisk arrive at the destination on the calendar day following the departure date.
• Prices are not valid for groups, please ask for our special prices.
• Points to consider in our Morocco tour; men should not wear shorts, women should not wear tank tops, mini skirts, leggings, and shorts, long-sleeved cardigans and headscarves must be kept for mosque visits.
• Moroccan Dirham (MAD) is valid in the country and 1 € is approximately equal to 10 dirhams. Turkish Lira is not valid in the country. We recommend carrying Euros or USD for exchange.
• The local time zone of the Kingdom of Morocco is GMT+1, and there is a time difference of (-2 hours) with Turkey. In some periods, this difference can increase to 3 hours.
• The participant accepts in advance that they will participate in the tours specified in the tour program without disrupting the program, and accordingly, they will pay the amount notified in advance in the tour program to the tour authority during the trip for expenses such as local guide, museum & site entrances, city taxes, and audio guide systems if any. The participant has been fully and completely informed on this matter.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Our Tour Program is organized with a minimum participation condition of 20 people. If sufficient participation cannot be provided for the trip, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.
• English guidance may be provided in cases where sufficient participation is not achieved but the tour is still carried out.
• In cases where only category information is given without specifying hotel names and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels can be used at distances further than the specified kms. In such a case, information will be provided by your agency 15 days before the tour departure date.
• Triple rooms can be provided subject to hotel availability, and in such rooms, the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of fold-out and coach beds, tour participants declaring reservations for the 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted the potential crowding and bed type in the rooms. Child discounts are valid for a single child staying with 2 adults - matching the age group.
• Breakfasts received at the hotel, which are included services in the tour program, are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally as a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities, conducted panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, and do not include museum or site entrances. ProntoTour is not responsible if panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot take place due to roads not allowed to be visited or entered by local authorities on the day and time matching the tour, or due to roads closed because of any event, or likewise if it becomes impossible to make the tour due to weather conditions. Some tours can be made on foot or by public transport within possibilities at points where closed roads or vehicle entry are not permitted.
• Optional tours are organized by the local agency we receive service from, with a minimum participation requirement of 10 people. If the sufficient number is not reached, excursions cannot be made or optional excursion prices, content, and vehicles to be used vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and hours of the tours can be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums and archaeological sites in the places to be visited and weather conditions.
• Optional tours depend on the participant's request and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not want to participate in optional tours organized during the tour are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable resting facility along the way. These passengers are dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the optional tour starts and are picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
• In cases where only category information is given and/or alternative information is available for the same destination, you can learn your hotel(s) 48 hours before the trip departure.
• Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest on our promotion and Early Booking discounted tours.
• ProntoTour is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and special flights or hours may change prior to the existing trip and flight. ProntoTour is obliged to report these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children between 0-2 years old do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.

VISA

• There is no visa application for Turkish citizens. A passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the travel is sufficient for the visa application.
• Guests traveling with Turkish green passports must renew their passports if their issue date is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or their flight may not be carried out by the airline company. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Passport police have the authority not to let you into the country. ProntoTour is not responsible for this situation, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• In order not to experience problems with the customs police at the border crossing of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; the mentioned passports must be renewed and if it is a country that applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Since guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one of their parents may be asked by the authorized police officer for a document showing the joint consent of the mother and father at the country entry-exit, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents show sensitivity in this regard.
