GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES
 

• Optional tours operate with a minimum participation of 10 people. In case of participation under 20 people, tour prices may be subject to changes. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour, after the numbers are obtained.
• Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether museums and archaeological sites are closed. This rule also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
• Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
• In triple rooms (triple room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to availability. If available, a triple room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
• Child discounts are valid when accommodated in the same room with 2 adults.
• Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
• Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The breakfasts to be received at hotels in the countries visited are not Turkish breakfasts. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate lounge. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, jam, and croissant, and may show variations depending on the country.
• Guests who are included in the tour without flights may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers and may not be able to join the city tour if they do not use the same flights as the group. If they use different flights, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
• In most flights departing from Turkey, the luggage allowance is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage allowance on these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight / price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
• For our guests traveling with a Turkish green passport, if the date of issue of their passports is older than 10 years; they must renew their passports (extensions are not accepted). 
• During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty cost of flight ticket cancellations or changes caused by incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
• Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal or denial of a visa is not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
• Visa conditions in our programs are given on the basis of Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of another country can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
• Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with a period of less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country passport police. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passport holder.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open to international roaming before leaving Turkey.
• Hotels far from the center can be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
• Some of our programs are offered on the basis of multi-alternative hotels. Programs with more than one hotel option may have the same guide and transfer vehicle.
• In our tours with a promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest on our promotion tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
• Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade procedures after the tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
• Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes originating from the airline, overbooking, service disruptions, etc.
• Road distances given in programs are map-based. Journey times may get longer in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
• Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
