Erzincan Kars Tour by Plane & Eastern Express 2 Nights

ERZINCAN - GIRLEVIK WATERFALLS - JOURNEY TO KARS BY EASTERN EXPRESS

Our tour will transfer you to Sabiha Gökçen Airport via our shuttle service departing from Beylikdüzü Migros at 02.30, Yenibosna Airport AVM at 03.00, Şişli Prontotour Head Office at 03.30, and Kadıköy Marriage Office Parking Lot at 04.00. At the airport, we will complete our check-in procedures with ID cards or driver's licenses. Guests arriving at the airport on their own will meet at the Ajet Airlines counter at 04.30, pass through security, and fly to Erzincan with the 06.45 Sabiha Gökçen - Erzincan flight by Ajet Hy. We will begin exploring the city with the vehicle that meets us there. Our first stop in Erzincan will be the Girlevik Waterfall, a natural wonder (subject to road and availability conditions). After our break here, we will proceed to Ergan Mountain Ski Center, which has become an important center for winter tourism with its ski slope of 3,256 meters in height and approximately 12 km vertical length, located at the foothills of the Munzur Mountains. First, we will take a short break at Ardıçlı Lake in the ski center. During this break, we will enjoy the snow with various activities. Then, we will proceed to Erzincan Train Station. At approximately 14.15, we will depart for Kars with the Eastern Express Pullman (Seated) wagon. After a pleasant journey of approximately 6.5 hours, we will arrive in Kars. For guests who wish, we will depart from our hotel to watch the Caucasian Folk Dance performance, a folk dance of elegance, nobility, and heroism, and to enter the new year with fun (Extra).

NOTE: In case of a possible train delay of 1 hour or more, we can provide transportation to Kars by our vehicle.

LAKE ÇILDIR - ANI RUINS - KANLI TABYA WAR HISTORY MUSEUM
Our tour; after breakfast in the morning, we set out via the Arpaçay route to reach Lake Çıldır, the largest freshwater lake in the Eastern Anatolia Region. In this lake with a unique view, those who wish can have the chance to tour by horse-drawn sleigh on the lake, which is generally covered in ice during winter months (provided the ice thickness is suitable according to seasonal conditions). During the free time we have by the lakeside, you can walk on the completely frozen surface of the lake, watch ice fishing, and go on a tour by horse-drawn sleigh. After having our lunch by the lake, we proceed to the Ani Ruins, which have been added to the UNESCO World Heritage list. In the ruins located in Ocaklı village, established right next to the Arpaçay river, which currently forms the border with Armenia, the Tigran Honents Church, Ani Cathedral, Monastery of the Virgins, Manuçehr Mosque, and the Church of the Apostles will be waiting for us as monumental structures to be seen. At the end of our ruins tour, we proceed to Kars city center. In Kars, we visit the Kanlı Tabya War History Museum, where ethnographic materials, weapons used in wars, and movable cultural assets documenting our recent history are exhibited. After our museum visit, we return to our hotel.

KARS - FETHİYE MOSQUE - NAMIK KEMAL HOUSE

Our tour, after breakfast in the morning, our first stop will be the Fethiye Mosque, which was built as a church from cut stones during the Russian occupation and converted into a mosque after Kars was retaken. Then we move to the Church of the Apostles. After this structure, where we can examine the Armenian-Georgian architectural style, we take a walk in the streets of Kars. During the exploration in the land of "Ashiks", flavors such as honey, kashar cheese, gruyere cheese, piti, hangel, kete, goose meat, yellow fish... will encourage us to become gourmets. We see the Stone Bridge, which has reached from the Roman period to the present and is still in use, and the Historical Bath. While walking among the structures where we can see the reflection of all the subtleties of Russian architecture, we forget that we are in Turkey. We see the house where our famous poet Namık Kemal lived for a period. After free time, we proceed to the airport. We return to Istanbul with Ajet Airlines' 11.20 flight. Our shuttle waiting for us at the airport will drop you, our dear guests, at the points where we picked you up, hoping to see you again on our other tours.
