ISTANBUL – AMSTERDAM

Meeting with you, our valued guests, 3 hours before the flight time in front of the Pegasus Airlines counter at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures terminal. After baggage and ticketing procedures, flight to Amsterdam with Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight. Upon our arrival, panoramic Amsterdam city tour. Dam Square, Royal Palace, Flower Market, Red Light District are among the places to be seen in our tour. After the tour, we transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

AMSTERDAM

Free time after morning breakfast. Guests who wish can join the Magnificent Holland Tour (95 Euro) [Marken & Volendam & Zaanse Schans] to be organized as an extra by our guide. You will not get enough of the time you spend in the port area of Volendam, an old fishing village that inspired the song "Those who want to see the real beauty of Holland should go to Volendam". Our next stop is the town of Marken. During our visit to the town, you can observe the lives of fishermen in cute and small houses and also get the opportunity to buy cheap souvenirs. Afterwards, we get the opportunity to see Zaanse Schans, a magical town with windmills. After the tour, our transfer to the hotel takes place. Overnight at our hotel.

AMSTERDAM – BRUSSELS

After morning breakfast, we depart for Brussels. On our way, we will visit Mc Arthurt Glenn Designer Outlet Roermond, one of the largest and most advantageous outlets in the region. After the free time we will give here for shopping, our journey continues to Brussels. Upon arrival in Brussels, panoramic Brussels city tour. Royal Palace, Chinese and Japanese houses, Grand Place (city square), Stock Exchange Building, Atomium Monument, Heysel Stadium and Mannequin Pis (peeing boy statue) are among the places to be seen in our tour. After the tour, we transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

BRUSSELS – PARIS

After morning breakfast, we depart for Paris. Guests who wish can join the Brugge City Tour (40 Euro), famous for its picture-postcard canals, old bridges, UNESCO-protected structures, and chocolate, organized as an en-route extra by our guide. After the tour, we continue our journey towards Paris. Upon our arrival, panoramic Paris city tour. Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees, Louvre Museum and pyramid which was the subject of the Da Vinci Code, D'orsay Museum, Arc de Triomphe, Place de l'Etoile, Napoleon's tomb, Parliament building, Alexander III bridge, Grand Palace and Petite Palace built for the 1990 industrial fair, Concorde Guillotine Square which was the subject of the 1789 French revolution are among the places to be seen. After the tour, we transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

PARIS

We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. After morning breakfast, guests who wish can join the Paris Combined Tour (100 Euro) [Eiffel Tower & Seine River Boat Cruise & Montmartre Painters Hill & Sacre Coeur Basilica & Notre Dame Cathedral & Fragonard Perfume Museum] organized as an extra by our guide. In our tour, by going up to the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower, you will have the chance to discover this magical city from above. Afterwards, with a 1-hour boat tour on the Seine River, you will enjoy touring around the islands and seeing Paris and its bridges from the river. Then, we go up to Montmartre, the oldest and highest hill of Paris, by funicular, and after our free time for shopping or having your portrait made in Tertre Square where you will breathe the bohemian lifestyle famous with Sacre and its painters next to it, we go to visit the famous Notre Dame Cathedral, which has been the subject of novels, songs and movies. After the cathedral tour, following the photo break we will give at the zero point of Paris, we come to the end of our tour and return to our hotel. In the evening, guests who wish can join the Paris by Night Tour (35 Euro) to be organized as an extra by our guide. After the tour, we transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

PARIS – ISTANBUL

Free time after morning breakfast. Guests who wish can join the Saint Germain Walking Tour (40 Euro) to be organized as an extra by our guide. In our tour, after walking in this upscale district of Paris famous for its cafes and restaurants, free time for shopping and resting. Then, transfer to Paris Airport depending on the flight time. After completing baggage and check-in procedures, departure to Istanbul with the scheduled flight of Pegasus Airlines. Arrival in Istanbul and end of our tour.

TRAVEL ASSURANCE PACKAGE (Provides guests who face visa rejection or who cannot join the tour due to health issues with a payment up to the tour amount. (The deductible applied for compensation claims due to travel cancellation is 25% for visa rejection and 15% for health reasons. Details of coverage are included in the insurance policy. Additionally, it covers many extra coverages from baggage loss and damage to personal accident coverage.)

GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, tour prices may be subject to change. If there are not enough participants, any price differences that may occur will be notified by our guide before the tour, after the numbers are finalized.
Our guide can make changes to the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether museums and archaeological sites are closed. This situation also applies to potential changes in flight times.
Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed, and is smaller than standard beds.
Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
Child discounts are valid when accommodated in the same room with 2 adults.
Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries) and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. Breakfasts at hotels in the visited countries are not Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissant, and varies from country to country.
Guests who are included in the tour without flights, if they do not use the same flights as the group, may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers and may also face the situation of not being able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
On most flights departing from Turkey, the luggage allowance is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the baggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number written on the passport must be entered into the system. Air tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's failure to grant a visa or issuing a rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
Visa statuses in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport can check their visa statuses from the consulates of their respective countries.
Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the trip. Guests traveling with less than 6 months validity may face the situation of not being allowed into the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passport holder.
To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
During special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts, hotels far from the center may be used.
Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with multiple alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest on our promotion tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
Guests who want to upgrade their air tickets with their miles can perform the upgrade procedures depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after their tickets are issued. Please check whether the group tickets of the program are of an upgradeable class. Mile guarantees are not given for every flight in our programs.
Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc., caused by the airline.
Road distances given in programs are map-based. Travel times may extend in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, road works and conditions.
Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to extra charges.
