After photographing this charming town, which has been home to the official summer palace of the Papacy for 400 years, together with the Albano crater lake it is founded on, from across, we arrive at the village of Nemi, which we will never get tired of photographing and breathing its air, following a short journey accompanied by the different beauties offered by nature. During our visit to the beautiful village, which is established on the hill overlooking Lake Nemi, another crater lake, and is known for its tarts made from wild strawberries, its jams, and many beauties, the freshest wild strawberry tarts will be the treat of Pronto Tur. After our Nemi tour, we set off towards the Vatican, the country with the smallest surface area and least population in the world. GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

Optional tours operate with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, tour prices may be subject to change. If there are not enough participants, any price differences that may occur will be informed by our guide before the tour once the numbers are reached.
Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour or optional tours depending on the number of participants and whether museums and sights are closed, while remaining faithful to the content of our tours. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
Panoramic city tours do not include entrances to museums and historical sites. It is a tour aimed at providing general information about the city.
In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
Triple rooms are provided subject to availability. 3-person room reservations are made based on availability. Triple rooms may appear smaller than other rooms due to the extra bed.
Child discounts apply if accommodation is shared in the same room with 2 adults.
Check-in times at hotels are determined by international rules and are between 14:00 – 15:00. Check-out time is 10:00.
Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be received at hotels in the visited country is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, jam, and croissant, and varies depending on the country.
Guests included in the tour without flights, if they do not use the same flight as the group, will not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers and may also face the situation of not being able to join the city tour. If they use a different flight, transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
In general, the luggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there is a domestic flight in the country to be visited, the luggage allowance on this domestic flight may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under Pronto Tour's responsibility.
The name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be correctly reported during the purchase of the tour. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. Cancellation and change penalty fees for tickets resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guest.
Pronto Tour is an intermediary institution between the consulate and our guests in obtaining visas and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal or denial of a visa is not Prontotour's responsibility.
Visa statuses specified in our programs are based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
Passports must have a minimum validity period of 6 months based on the end date of travel. Guests traveling with a passport with a validity of less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted into the country by the passport police of the country they are traveling to. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passport holder.
To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international roaming before leaving Turkey.
During special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts, hotels far from the center may be used.
Some of our programs are offered for sale based on hotels with multiple alternatives. Programs with more than one hotel option may share the same guide and transfer vehicle.
In our tours with the promotion label, the location and provided content of our hotels may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations or changes cannot be made by the guest on promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
Guests who want to upgrade their plane tickets with miles can perform upgrade procedures after the tickets are issued, subject to the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group ticket of the program you purchased is from an upgradeable class. Not every flight in our programs guarantees miles.
Flight times specified in the programs are times reported by the airlines. Flight times for tours organized with special flights can change up to 48 hours in advance. Pronto Tour acts as an intermediary between the Airline and our passengers. Pronto Tour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc., originating from the airline.
Road distances given in programs are map-based. Travel times may get longer due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, road works, etc.
Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to a fee.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT Valid from March 1st onwards, in accordance with the rules of the International Civil Aviation Organization and the European Civil Aviation Conference, restrictions have been placed on the liquids that passengers traveling by air can carry in their hand and cabin bags during their travel. Liquid products purchased from duty-free shops or during the flight will be placed in a special bag together with their invoice by the attendant, and the mouth of the bag will be sealed. After this bag and the invoice belonging to the product are checked at the security control point, it will be allowed to be taken onto the plane. Each passenger can carry 1 plastic bag, and each product inside the bag can be a maximum of 100 ml. If traveling to the final destination with a transfer at another airport, the special duty-free shopping bag given at the store or on the plane must not be opened until the final arrival airport. Otherwise, the contents of the bag may be confiscated at the transfer area. Some liquid substances included in the restriction: *Water, syrup, any kind of liquids including alcohol, creams, lotions, oils, perfumes, mascara and similar makeup materials, shaving foams, deodorants, any kind of paste-like substances, semi-solid foods such as jam or honey, contact lens liquids, shampoos, and other substances resembling these. Since no liquid restriction is applied to checked baggage given to check-in, it is recommended that you put liquid products in your checked baggage by keeping the restrictions in place in mind while preparing your bags. Exceptions can be applied for passengers traveling with babies to keep food/milk or for individuals who must use medication in original packaging in sufficient quantities for the duration of the travel, but they may be asked to taste the food or medicine or document the illness/medication at the control point.
