ACCOMMODATION AND FLIGHT NOTES

• Hotel check-in times are between 15:00 – 17:00 / check-out times are between 10:00 – 12:00.
• Departure and arrival times are local times.
• *Flights marked with an asterisk reach the destination 1 calendar day after the departure date.
• Please ask for domestic connection details and price differences.
• Prices are not valid for groups, please ask for our special prices.
• Points to consider in our Morocco tour; men should not wear shorts, women should not wear halter tops, mini skirts, tights, and shorts, and it is necessary to have a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf for mosque visits.
• The Moroccan Dirham (MAD) is valid in the country and 1 € is approximately equal to 10 dirhams. Turkish Lira is not valid in the country. We recommend having Euros or USD for exchange.
• The local time zone of the Kingdom of Morocco is GMT+1, and there is a ( -2 hours ) time difference with Turkey. In some periods this difference can go up to 3 hours.
• Since Chefchaouen and Ouarzazate regions are boutique regions, a 3* Hotel may be given depending on the season density. Guests who bought our tour have purchased it knowing this. 

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Our Tour Program is organized with a minimum participation condition of 20 people. If sufficient participation cannot be achieved for the trip, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.
• In cases where there is not enough participation but the tour is operated, English guidance may be provided.
• In cases where only category information is given without specifying names in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels can be used at distances greater than the specified kms. In such a case, information will be provided by your agency 15 days before the departure date of the tour.
• Triple rooms can be provided subject to hotel availability, and in such rooms, the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of beds called fold-away and coach beds, the 3rd tour participant and/or children making reservations are deemed to have accepted the crowding and bed type that may occur in the rooms. Child discounts are valid for a single child staying with 2 adults -matching the age group-.
• Breakfasts taken at the hotel, which are among the services included in the tour program, are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and with a limited menu usually called continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and can be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of a maximum of 2-3 hours organized for the general introduction of the cities, made panoramically with the guide's narration from inside the vehicle, not including museum and archaeological site entrances. ProntoTour is not responsible if panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot take place due to roads closed by local authorities for visiting or entering on the day and time corresponding to the tour, or due to any event, nor in cases where it becomes impossible to make the tour due to weather conditions. Some tours can be done by public transport or on foot within the possibilities on closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
• Optional tours are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation condition of 10 people. If sufficient number cannot be achieved, trips cannot be made or optional trip prices, content, vehicle to be used vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and hours of the tours can be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums and archaeological sites in the places to be visited and weather conditions.
• Optional tours are based on the participant's request and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not want to join the optional tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted to wait in a suitable resting facility on the way. These passengers are dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the optional tour starts and are picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
• In case only category information is given and/or alternative information is available for the same destination, you can learn the hotel(s) you will stay at 48 hours before the trip departure.
• No cancellations or changes can be made by the guest on our promotional and Early Booking campaigned tours.
• ProntoTour is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and special flights or hours may change before the existing trip and flight. ProntoTour is obliged to report these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children between the ages of 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport services fee.

VISA

• There is no visa application for Turkish citizens. For the visa application, a passport valid for at least 8 months from the end date of the trip is sufficient.
• Guests traveling with Turkish green passports must renew their passports if their passport issue date is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline company. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger. 
• The passport police have the authority not to let you into the country. ProntoTour is not responsible for this situation, the responsibility belongs to the passenger. 
• In order not to experience problems with the customs police at the border crossing of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similar damaged passports; said passports must be renewed and if it is a country applying a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger. 
• Since guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked for a document showing the joint consent of the parents by the police officer on duty at the country entry and exit, we advise our guests under 18 and their parents to show sensitivity in this regard.
