Hakkari, Sirnak and Van Tour by Plane from Ankara 3 Nights

AKDAMAR ISLAND AND CHURCH - VAN CAT HOUSE - VAN SAVAT SILVER CRAFTSMANSHIP - MAIDEN'S CASTLE

Our tour starts at 05.00 AM at Ankara Airport. We complete our check-in procedures at the airport with our ID card or driver's license. After passing through security, we depart for Van with the Ajet Airlines flight from Ankara to Van at 07.50. We board our vehicle waiting for us and head to our restaurant for a magnificent breakfast (extra). After breakfast, we turn our direction to Gevas, which resembles a coastal town. We depart for Akdamar Island (Extra), located within Lake Van, with the boat we will take from Gevas. The Akdamar Church, famous for its stone masonry, and its surroundings on Akdamar Island will be our sightseeing routes at this point. After spending pleasant time by the lake, we return to Gevas. Afterwards, we take a photo break at the Maiden's Castle, located on the Edremit side and recently restored. Then we start touring the city center of Van. First, we go to the foothills of Van Castle to see the Old Van city and get information from our guide. Afterwards, we go to the Cat House, where we can see the Van cats, one of the most important and cutest creatures of the region. After taking beautiful photos with these cute friends, we reach our workshop where local silver and filigree works are located. After getting information about Van Savat silver craftsmanship, which gives the most beautiful decoration to silver, we go to a Carpet Workshop to get information about Van Carpets. After the shopping break we will give for those who wish, we settle into our hotel in Van.

VANADOKYA - FAIRY CHIMNEYS - HAKKARI - MEYDAN MADRASA - SUMBUL MOUNTAIN - BERCALAN PLATEAU

Our tour, after the breakfast we will have at our hotel in the morning, reaches Hosap Castle. After a short photo break, we set off for Yavuzlar Village, where the volcanic formations known as Vanadokya among the people, which is a natural beauty of Van, are located, using the road known as the 32 bends among the people. After seeing St. Bartholomeus Church panoramically on the way, we reach Yavuzlar Village. After the break we will give in front of the fairy chimneys, we start our journey to Hakkari by following the Zap River. We have the opportunity to see the 70-meter-long suspension bridge (Revolutionary Youth Bridge) built on the Zap River in 1969 in the name of Deniz Gezmis and his friends. Afterwards, we take a photo break by going up to the newly built observation terrace where we will see Sumbul Mountain and Zap River closely. Afterwards, we visit the 18th-century Hakkari Meydan Madrasa, which is double-storied, winged, with an open courtyard and a flat roof. The madrasa attracts attention with its monumental structure showing fine cut stone workmanship, regular plan, two-story porticoed courtyard, masjid and rooms, decorations on its door, and column capitals inside. It is also the only monumental structure of Hakkari that has survived to the present day by preserving its original structure and in a solid state. Afterwards, we go to Bercalan Plateau, 18 km away from Hakkari city center (if the road and weather conditions are suitable) EXTRA. You can experience four seasons at once on this magnificent plateau at an altitude of 3500 meters. While summer is experienced at the bottom of the plateau, you see spring with flowers and greenery a little higher up, autumn weather a little higher up, and snow when you reach the very top. With the spring months, the local people go to this plateau to graze their animals. Afterwards, we set off for our hotel in Hakkari.

CUKURCA - ZAP RIVER - AGACDIBI WATERFALL

Our tour, after the breakfast we will have at our hotel in the morning, we go to the Agacdibi Waterfall, which has become popular recently, with our guests who wish (EXTRA). We get off the car in Agacdibi Village and walk through the walnut trees to reach the waterfall. After photographing the natural beauty that forms a waterfall by passing through two rocks, we reach Cukurca and go to the restaurant where we will have lunch. After our lunch, after the Historical Stone Houses and Old Tahini Halva Mill tour, we witness the migration of the Kocer (nomads) from the Southeast to the Bingol mountains. We start our journey to Cizre via Uludere by seeing Sine Mountain and Sine Bridge. Throughout the journey, we photograph the valleys and rocky hills of spring with a thousand colors. After our occasional photo breaks, we settle into our hotel in Cizre or Sirnak.

CIZRE - MEM U ZIN TOMB - SIIRT - TILLO GLASS TERRACE - DIYARBAKIR

Our tour, after the breakfast we will have at the hotel, the places we will see in Cizre will be; Ulu Mosque (if the restoration is finished), Tomb of Ismail Ebul Iz Bin Rezzaz El-Cezeri, Red Madrasa, Tomb of Prophet Noah, Cizre Castle, Mem u Zin Dungeon (Panoramic), Hamidiye Barracks, and Birca Belek Park on the banks of the Tigris River. Then we visit the tombs of the heroes of the great love story that Ahmedi Xani wrote down. We visit the Mem u Zin Tomb and the Abdaliye Madrasa next to it. Afterwards, we set off for Siirt via Eruh. After visiting the Siirt Ulu Mosque and its bazaars in Siirt, we set off for Tillo. Here, we take a photo break by going up to the Glass Terrace where we can see the Botan Valley from above. At the end of the photo break, we set off for Diyarbakir via Batman. In Diyarbakir, we first visit the Diyarbakir Ulu Mosque, which is believed to be one of the oldest mosques in Islamic history within the city walls and is the 5th Harem-i Sharif established in Anatolia. Afterwards, we see and photograph the 10-Eyed Bridge built over the Tigris River and the Hevsel Gardens. After the break we gave here, we set off for Diyarbakir Airport. We return to Ankara with the 21.45 flight of Ajet Airlines. We say goodbye to you with sadness, hoping to meet again on our next trip. Goodbye...

A continental climate is seen in our Eastern Anatolia Region. The characteristic of the continental climate is that winters are cold and snowy, and summers are generally hot and dry. In places where the continental climate is seen, winter starts early and there is an average of 90 days of snow cover on the ground.
