GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS :
**Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants are informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide can make changes on the days of the city tour and/or optional tours, depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether the museum and historical site are closed. This situation is also valid for changes that may occur in flight hours.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and historical site entrances and are intended to give general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3 people) are given based on availability. If there is availability, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The breakfasts to be received at the hotels in the countries visited are not Turkish breakfasts. Group breakfasts are generally given as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissant, and shows variations according to the country.
**Our guests who are included in the tour without flights, in case they do not use the same flights as the group, may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers as well as not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, reaching the hotel of the group is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**On most flights departing from Turkey, luggage weight is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number in the passport must be entered into the system. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty cost of plane ticket cancellations or changes that will occur due to erroneous information is reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not give any visa acquisition guarantee. The consulate not giving a visa or giving a refusal is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**Visa situations in our programs are given on the basis of Republic of Turkey passports. Our guests who have another country's passport can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end of the travel date. Our guests traveling for less than 6 months may face the situation of not being taken into the country by the country passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**In order to use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended that you check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open to abroad before leaving Turkey.
**In special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts, hotels far from the center can be used.
**Some of our programs are presented on the basis of several alternative hotels. Programs with more than one hotel option may have the same guide and transfer vehicle.
**In our tours with the promotion phrase, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ according to our standard packages. Cancellation and modification cannot be made by the guest in our promotion tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you bought carefully.
**Our guests who want to upgrade their plane tickets with their miles can carry out upgrade procedures depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after their tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradeable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delay, cancellation, airport and airline change caused by the airline, overbooking, service disruptions, etc.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may prolong in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
