Kartepe Abant and Düzce Waterfalls Tour 1 Night

ABANT LAKE - AYDINPINAR WATERFALLS - EFTENI LAKE - KONURALP ROMAN THEATER

Our tour starts by picking you up at 05.00 from Yenibosna Airport AVM Parking Lot, 05.30 from in front of the Prontotour Head Office in Şişli, 06.00 from next to Kadıköy Tepe Nautilus AVM (Ayrılık Çeşme Metro Station İspark Parking Lot), 06.15 from Kartal Bridge (E-5 Ankara direction), and 06.30 from in front of Gebze Center AVM. After a 1.5-hour journey, we first reach Sapanca, nestled in greenery. Following our extra breakfast, we depart for Abant Lake. Due to the plant richness of Abant Lake and its surroundings, and its great open-air recreation potential, a 1196.5-hectare section of the area was taken under protection as a "Nature Park" in 1988. After a break in Abant Nature Park, we head to Aydınpınar Waterfalls Nature Park. After enjoying nature during our walk at the waterfall, which consists of 5 separate waterfall clusters cascading one after another, our next stop will be Efteni Bird Lake, home to 150 bird species. After observing the birds and Efteni Lake from the viewing terrace and taking our photos, we move to the best-preserved ancient theater in the Black Sea region. After visiting the theater located in the Konuralp region, which has recently finished its restoration, we depart for our hotel in Düzce.

KARTEPE ADVENTURE PARK - KARTEPE SKI CENTER - ORMANYA

Our tour continues after breakfast at our hotel, heading to Kartepe Adventure Park via Maşukiye. Guests who wish can participate in ATV, UTV, Zipline, and Giant Swing activities available in our park (Extra). Afterward, we head to the Kartepe ski center, located among the Samanlı Mountains, which is the third-highest point of the Marmara region. Offering a privileged and unique skiing excitement with snow depths reaching 80 to 250 cm at times, the Kartepe ski center is also an attractive feature for ski lovers with its professional and advanced center. Guests who wish can ski with village sleds and tubes (depending on weather conditions) or take a walk accompanied by our guide. After the fun moments we will spend in Kartepe, we head to Ormanya Natural Life Park. We take a break at the world's third and Europe's largest natural life park, consisting of 4,000 decares of area with its natural environment. Here, the Children's Zoo and Ormanköy, which also houses the Hobbit house, will be the places we visit. Afterward, we depart for Istanbul. CLIMATE

The Black Sea climate is effective on the Western Black Sea coastline, and this effect loses its intensity as one moves to the interior parts. The Black Sea climate, which is effective in the coastal part, shows some differences compared to other parts of the region. The amount of precipitation in the section is less than the Eastern Black Sea and more than the Central Black Sea. The annual precipitation amount in the coastal strip is 1200 millimeters. For example; Zonguldak receives 1220 mm and Bartın 1071 mm of precipitation. In the interior parts, the annual precipitation amount falls below 600 millimeters. For example; it is 536 mm in Bolu and 461 mm in Kastamonu. Precipitation is higher on the slopes of the mountains facing north. The main reason for this is that moist air masses coming over the Black Sea rise on the mountain slopes and leave precipitation. The winter season in the section is colder than the Central and Eastern Black Sea sections. Cold air masses coming from Central Europe in winter cause snowfall in the Western Black Sea. If we briefly summarize the characteristics of the Western Black Sea Region according to the region: -It is colder than the Central and Eastern Black Sea sections because it is open to cold air masses coming from Central Europe in the winter season -The annual precipitation amount is 1200 millimeters in the coastal part and 600 millimeters in the interior parts.
