Konya Şeb-i Arus Tour with High-Speed Train 1 Night

TO KONYA BY HIGH-SPEED TRAIN - SHAMS TABRIZI TOMB - MEVLANA DERVISH LODGE 

Our Tour;  We take our places on the train after passing with our IDs from the boarding points of the Istanbul - Konya High-Speed Train numbered 81302 at 06:30 Söğütlüçeşme, 06:41 Bostancı, 07:00 Pendik, 07:20 Gebze, 07.53 İzmit (No guarantee is given for right, left, or forward-backward seat arrangement in the train seat layout) . We reach Konya after our train journey of approximately 5.30 hours. With our vehicle waiting for us at the Konya Train Station, we first set off to visit the Tomb of Shams, who was Mevlana's dearest friend. Following our tomb visit, we see the İplikçi Mosque panoramically and visit the Ince Minare Medrese (Museum of Stone and Wood Artifacts) which has a half minaret due to a lightning strike (If not closed due to restoration). During our lunch, we have the opportunity to taste Konya’s famous etli ekmek (meat bread), Mevlana pita, and tandoori. Afterwards, following the panoramic tour made by bus around the Alaeddin Mosque on Alaeddin Hill completed by 1.Alaeddin Keykubad, we carry out the visits to Selimiye Mosque, Üçler Tomb (Üç Erenler Tomb), Mevlana Museum and Mevlevi Lodge, where the tile sarcophagi of Mevlana, his father, Sultan Veled, and many scholars are located. After our lodge visit, we depart for our hotel. After having our dinner, we leave the hotel around 19.00 and go to the Mevlana Cultural Center, where the Vuslat Ceremonies are held, to participate in the Sema Ceremony. At the end of the ceremony, we return to our hotel. (Sema Ceremony Hours May Vary Depending on Intensity. Whether It Will Be a Lunch or Dinner Session Will Be Known on the Tour Day.) In Our Tour Departing on Saturday 06.12.2025, the Sema Ceremony Will Be in the 07.12.2025 Lunch Session.

Our Tour; we leave the hotel after the breakfast we will have at the hotel in the morning. First, we go to Sille Village, where Anatolian Orthodox Greeks lived until the 1924 population exchange. After processing its authentic values such as Sille Stone and Sille Carpet into Konya’s rich past, during our walk in this village left to its fate, we feel as if we are traveling among the rock-carved churches of Cappadocia. We find the opportunity to visit the newly restored Aya Eleni Church in Sille. Following our Sille tour, we depart for Karatay Medrese and Tile Artifacts Museum, one of the Seljuk educational institutions where education in astronomy and mathematics was given. Here, we find the opportunity to see the examples of tile art in the Kubadabad Palace located by Lake Beyşehir, the marble crown gate, and the wave pool. From here, we will visit the Tavus Baba Tomb (Salt-Seller Baba), who is believed to have come from the land of India and settled here, in the Meram Vineyards, the viewing spot of Konya. After the short time given at this place, we go to the Tropical Butterfly Garden, which is Europe's largest butterfly flight area as a butterfly flight area. When we pass through the butterfly flight area, feeling ourselves in a fairy tale land, we complete our tour and go to the Train Station. We depart with the Konya Istanbul high-speed train which will leave at 18.35.
