ISTANBUL – LONDON – HARD ROCK CAFE

Are you ready for a London trip that is both fun and full of adventure? Then let our travel begin! On the first day of our travel, we meet at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal 3 hours before the flight and after completing our passport, ticket, and baggage procedures, we depart for London Gatwick Airport with Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight. Upon our arrival in London, we board our private vehicle waiting for us at the airport and set off for the city tour.

During the panoramic London city tour; Knightsbridge, Hyde Park, Natural History Museum, River Thames, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Parliament Building, Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, Admiral Nelson Monument, National Gallery, and Picadilly Circus are among the places to be seen.

Come on to Hard Rock Cafe

During the panoramic London city tour, we go to Hard Rock Cafe and have a pleasant time having our meals accompanied by popular music in its unique atmosphere, where instruments, clothes, and accessories used by famous people you love to listen to are exhibited. After fun hours, we set off for the hotel and settle into our rooms.

LONDON – HARRY POTTER WARNER BROS STUDIO TOUR – PLATFORM 9¾

We visit the Harry Potter Warner Bros studios.

After breakfast at the hotel, at the time determined by our guide, we set out to explore the Harry Potter movie, which was adapted into cinema from famous British author J.K. Rowling's fantastic novel series. For our first stop, we move to Harry Potter Warner Bros Studios located in Watford, where Harry Potter movies were filmed. With the opening of the Great Hall door, we step into a magical world. We see the Hogwarts Express, dormitories, dungeon classroom, and live the Harry Potter legend all together. Afterward, we move to Kings Cross train station, one of the most famous sets of the movie. We take photos at Platform 9 ¾ where the entrance gate to the Harry Potter world is located in the movie. After the tour, we return to the hotel. Overnight stay at your hotel.

LONDON – NATURAL HISTORY MUSEUM – SCIENCE MUSEUM – LEGO STORE

Are you ready for the third day of our trip? First of all, after breakfast at our hotel, we set off for the Natural History Museum visit. In the museum, Diplodocus, a herbivorous dinosaur species that we frequently see in printed newspapers, magazines, and televisions, welcomes us. In the museum, we visit the departments of botany (plant science), entomology (insect science), mineralogy (mineral science), paleontology (stone or fossil science), and zoology (animal science), visiting the Earth Galleries and Life Galleries, and we see the life-sized blue whale model and dinosaur models with sound and movement features. In the Human Biology Hall, we get the opportunity to see the process humans go through from the womb and the formation stages of the universe and the earth. In addition, a section for Charles Darwin, one of the important scientists, is also located in the museum.

We continue our trip with the Science Museum. In the museum, where many works that have shown technical development from the industrial revolution to the present day are exhibited, minutes full of science and technology await us. We can get information about the earth and space, and see mechanical vehicles such as trains and planes from old times.

Shall we go to the Lego Store?

How about having some fun after our science adventure? Then we move to the Lego Store, which attracts the attention not only of children but also of adults. After a tiring day, we set off for the hotel. Overnight stay at your hotel.

LONDON – ISTANBUL

Yes, we have come to the end of another trip. After breakfast, we check out of our rooms by 10:00 at the latest and leave ourselves free time on our last day in London. At the time to be specified by our guide, we move towards Gatwick Airport. UK visa fee service charge is 300 EUR for Istanbul, 485 EUR for Bursa, and 330 EUR for Ankara. The service charge is a total of 465 EUR for Izmir, Antalya, Gaziantep, and Adana. (Please request the documents required for the visa.) The British Consulate has started the process of scanning visa documents. Scanning will take place at application centers. A payment of (50 EUR) will be made at the application center. Guests attending the application must bring cash with them.
For guests requesting the e-visa application process to be handled by us, a 40 Euro APP service fee payment for the installation and activation of the e-visa application on the phone will be made in cash at the application center.

Hotel rooms in the UK are smaller compared to the standards of hotel rooms in Turkey.
Electrical sockets are different in the UK.
Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. If there are not enough participants, the price differences that may arise will be stated by our guide before the tour, after the numbers are obtained.
Our guide can make changes in the days of the city tour and/or optional tours, remaining loyal to the content of our tours, depending on the number of participants and the closure status of the museum and archaeological sites. This situation is also valid for changes that may occur in flight times.
Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.

Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissant, and varies depending on the country.
Guests who are included in the tour without flights, if they do not use the same flights as the group, may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers and may not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
In general, the luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, this domestic flight luggage weight may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
During registration, the name on the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fee for airline ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not give any visa acquisition guarantee. The consulate not granting a visa or giving a refusal is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
Visa conditions in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with a period of less than 6 months may encounter the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended that you check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
In special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts, hotels far from the center may be used.
Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with multiple alternatives. Programs with more than one hotel option may have the same guide and transfer vehicle.
In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
Guests who want to upgrade their plane tickets with miles can carry out upgrade procedures after their tickets are issued, subject to the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check if the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mileage guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc., caused by the airline.
