ACCOMMODATION AND FLIGHT NOTES

• Hotel check-in times are between 15:00 – 17:00 / Check-out times are between 10:00 – 12:00.
• Departure and arrival times are local times.
• Flights marked with * arrive at the destination on the calendar day following the departure date.
• Please ask for domestic connection details and price differences.
• Prices are not valid for groups, please ask for our special prices.
• Points to consider on our Morocco tour: men should not wear shorts, women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts; it is necessary to have a long-sleeved cardigan and a headscarf for mosque visits.
• The Moroccan Dirham (MAD) is the valid currency in the country, and 1 Euro is approximately equivalent to 10 Dirhams. Turkish Lira is not accepted in the country. We recommend carrying Euros or USD for exchange.
• The local time zone of the Kingdom of Morocco is GMT+1, which is (-2 hours) behind Turkey. In some periods, this difference may increase to 3 hours.
• Since the Chefchaouen and Ouarzazate regions are boutique areas, 3* hotels may be provided depending on seasonal density. Guests who purchase our tour have accepted this.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.
• In cases where there is insufficient participation but the tour is still conducted, English guidance may be provided.
• In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those specified. In such a case, information will be provided by your agency 15 days before the tour departure date.
• Triple rooms can be provided based on hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are referred to as folding and coach beds, the 3rd person and/or child participant in the tour is deemed to have accepted the potential crowding and bed type in the rooms. Child discounts are valid for a single child staying with 2 adults who fits the age group.
• Breakfasts included in the tour package are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally consist of a limited menu called continental breakfast, including butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for groups.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of at most 2-3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities, conducted panoramically with guide narration from within the vehicle, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. ProntoTour is not responsible for the non-realization of panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they cannot take place due to roads closed by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, or due to any event, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible in areas where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
• Extra tours are organized by the local agency we receive services from, with a minimum participation requirement of 10 people. If the sufficient number is not reached, the trips cannot be conducted, or the extra trip prices, content, and vehicles used may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums and archaeological sites to be visited and weather conditions.
• Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest facility on the way. These passengers are dropped off at a rest facility on the way before the extra tour starts and are picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
• In cases where only category information is provided and/or alternative information exists for the same destination, you can learn about the hotel(s) you will stay in 48 hours before the trip departure.
• Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest for our tours with promotion and early booking campaigns.
• ProntoTour is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and private flights, or times may change before the existing trip and flight. ProntoTour is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.

VISA

• There is no visa application for Turkish citizens. A passport valid for at least 8 months from the end date of the trip is sufficient for visa application.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if the issue date is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are traveling to and/or their flight may not be carried out by the airline company. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. ProntoTour is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similar damaged passports; it is required to renew the mentioned passports and have the relevant visa in the new passport if it is a country that applies for a visa to Turkish citizens. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Since there is a possibility that the police officer on duty may ask for a document showing the joint consent of the parents when guests under 18 years of age travel alone or with only one of their parents during entry/exit to the country; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents show sensitivity in this regard.
