Meeting at Istanbul Airport International Departures terminal in front of the Turkish Airlines counter 3 hours before the flight. After baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, departure to Barcelona at 09:00 with Turkish Airlines flight TK1853. After our arrival at 10:45 local time, our panoramic city tour begins with our vehicle waiting for us at the airport. Barcelona is the second-largest city in Spain and has gained worldwide fame as the vibrant and fascinating capital of the Catalonia region. This magnificent city, washed by the warm waters of the Mediterranean, offers a unique blend of history, art, culture, and entertainment. With its magnificent architecture, colorful streets, delicious cuisine, and lively nightlife, Barcelona attracts millions of visitors every year. The city is like an open-air museum decorated with the unique works of Antoni Gaudí. During the city tour we will take in this beautiful city, the La Sagrada Familia Church, Christopher Columbus Statue, Montjuic Hill, La Ramblas Street, Spain and Catalunya Square, Andalusia Arena, and Olympic Port are among the places to be seen. After breakfast at the hotel, our guests may optionally join the Pearls of Magnificent Northern Catalonia (Girona & Figueras & Dali Museum) tour. (70 Euro) Our first stop on the tour is Girona. A historic city located in the northeast of Catalonia, about 100 kilometers north of Barcelona, Girona is famous for its narrow medieval streets, historic buildings, museums, churches, and city walls. During our tour here, the Lion statue, Cathedral square, and the famous Jewish Quarter (El Call) are among the places to be seen. After our tour, we set off for the city of Figueras. Figueres is a city located northeast of Girona and is known as the birthplace of Salvador Dali. The city is closely linked to the life and works of the famous Spanish painter Salvador Dali. The most important tourist attraction in Figueres is the Salvador Dali Museum. Dali founded a museum here to leave something behind in his birthplace and to exhibit his works. This museum currently holds the largest collection of Dali's work and is referred to as Dali's greatest masterpiece, as he designed every part of it. The museum houses more than 4000 works created by Dali using various techniques. After our tour, transfer to our hotel. In the evening, our guests may optionally join the Magnificent Flamenco Fire tour. (55 Euro) Flamenco is considered an expression of emotion and passion and is an important part of Spain's cultural heritage. After breakfast at the hotel, guests may optionally join the extra tour of Gaudi's Magnificent Work Park Guell & Gothic Quarter. (60 Euro) Our first stop on the tour is Park Guell. One of Antoni Gaudi's magnificent works, Park Guell is on the UNESCO World Heritage list. Called a fairy-tale park, it creates a magical atmosphere with its colorful stairs and imaginative pavilions. After seeing this magnificent work of Gaudi, our second stop is the Gothic Quarter. In the Gothic Quarter, you can feel the fascinating atmosphere of the Middle Ages with its narrow and labyrinthine streets, gothic churches, romantic squares, and Roman walls, and admire the historical texture. The most important structures in the neighborhood include the Barcelona Cathedral, Plaça Reial (Royal Square), Plaça del Rei (King's Square), and La Rambla. After our tour, our guests may optionally join the extra Magnificent Sitges Tour (40 Euro). Sitges is a charming coastal town located southwest of Barcelona on the Mediterranean coast. It is famous for its turquoise sea, beautiful beaches, and lively atmosphere, and is also known for its art and culture events, hosting many art galleries, museums, and festivals. We will begin our trip by losing ourselves in the historic streets, starting from the magical stairs of the San Bartolome-Santa Tecla church. This church, dating back to the 17th century, was built on the ruins of old Romanesque and Gothic churches. After admiring this magnificent church, our next journey takes us through the historic streets of Sitges, where the Maricel Palace and Museum, one of the rare examples of Modernism within the medieval city center, is a paradise for collection lovers. The place we will stand right across from is the Cau Ferrat Museum, the home of Santiago Rusiñol, one of the leaders of the modernist movement in the Catalonia region. When he began exhibiting his paintings here in Sitges, he played the biggest role in making the town so well-known. After seeing the colorful houses and cute bars in the narrow streets where the Sitges Festival, which hosts thousands of people every year and is the scene for horror and fantasy film categories, is celebrated, we will head towards the beach to spend the rest of our time having fun like the locals here. GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS:
**Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. Price differences that may arise if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the number of participants and the closure status of museums and archaeological sites, while remaining loyal to the content of our tours. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissants, and varies according to the country.
**Guests included in the tour without flights may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may also not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use different flights, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**In general, the luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
**The name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system during registration. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fee for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal to grant a visa or rejection is not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
**Visa statuses in our programs are based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of other countries can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the trip. Guests traveling with less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
**Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
**Some of our programs are offered based on several alternative hotels. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
**The location of our hotels and the content of the service provided in our tours with the promotion label may differ from our standard packages. No cancellations or changes can be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform upgrade procedures after the tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is). Check if the group tickets of the program are in an upgradeable class. No mile guarantee is given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc., caused by the airline.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to extra charges on some airlines.
