Meeting with our valued guests at 20:00 one day prior at the Emirates Airlines counter in front of the International Departures terminal of Istanbul New Airport. After baggage and ticket procedures, flight to Dubai Airport at 00:05 with Emirates Airlines scheduled flight EK118. After a comfortable flight, landing at 04:55 Dubai local time. After saying hello to Dubai's impressive night view, following passport and baggage procedures, we board our comfortable bus waiting for us and depart for a breakfast break for free breakfast. After regaining our energy, it's time to step into the magic of Dubai!. Our first stop is a visit to Za’abeel Palace, the winter palace of the Emir of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum and his family. You can see many landscape works within its magnificent garden and visit Za’abeel Palace accompanied by peacocks roaming freely. Then we set sail for Dubai's dazzling city skyline. Our next stop is Dubai Marina, the heart of modern Dubai. Dubai Marina, the world's largest man-made yacht harbor, welcomes us with the world's longest and most uniquely designed skyscrapers. Then, on this tour which we started by boarding boats called Abra, we explore the Deira (Old City) region, where we will witness the history of the city's commercial life. This is the region that reflects the true eastern spirit of Dubai, referred to as 'Old Dubai' by the locals. While taking a shopping and photo break at the Old Souk and Gold Souk markets, famous for their mystical atmosphere, you will see that for centuries merchants' ships carrying scents, spices, coffee and gold from far-off lands docked at the piers here. In the Al Seef region, where traditional Arabic architecture meets the modern concept, we will stop by one of the most authentic Starbucks branches in the world for a pleasant coffee break against the Dubai Creek view. Then, we take an impressive photo break in front of Burj Al Arab, the symbol of Dubai and known as the world's first 7-star hotel. Then, we go to Palm Island, preferred by celebrities. From Madonna to the Beckham family, we enjoy free time on this island where we will see the villas and luxury hotels of celebrities. After free time, we continue our panoramic city tour to discover the modern face of Dubai. We enjoy the city view at Emirates Towers, Sheikh Palace, and the impressive Skyscrapers Avenue. After our city tour, we transfer to our hotel and settle into our rooms. To shake off the fatigue of the day and experience Dubai's nightlife, you can participate in the Extra Dhow Cruise Marina Tour (80 Euro). The Dhow Cruise Marina tour, a perfect option for those who want to experience Dubai's magical atmosphere from the water, promises an unforgettable evening. While cruising in the glittering waters of the Marina with a traditional Arabic sailing vessel "dhow", you will enjoy entertainment with a delicious open buffet dinner and live shows. After our tour, transfer to our hotel and overnight stay at our hotel.
After our morning breakfast, free time all day. For guests who wish, Extra JBR Walk and Blue Waters (55 Euro). Enjoy the sun at JBR Walk, one of Dubai's most popular beaches! You can sunbathe on this beach famous for its magnificent sands and deep blue sea, sip your drinks in the shade of palm trees and take great photos to immortalize your memories. After our tour, we will visit Blue Waters island, created by land reclamation in 2018. Here we will have the opportunity to see Ain Dubai, the world's largest Ferris wheel, from close up and take very beautiful photos. Then we will return to your hotel. For guests who wish, Extra Evening Dinner Desert Safari Tour (90 Euro). In the Desert Safari Tour, which will start with luxury 4x4 vehicles from our hotel, we will take your excitement to the peak while experiencing an adrenaline-filled ride over the sand dunes. You can watch the magnificent kaleidoscope of colors created in the desert as the sun disappears on the horizon and etch this extraordinary view into your memory. In the cool evening of the desert, we will satisfy both your stomach and your soul with a dinner organized in a traditional Arabic atmosphere. We begin our tour with a visit to the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, the fourth largest mosque in the world. This immense structure, adorned with white marble, will fascinate you with its elegant architecture and impressive size. Then, we set out on a panoramic city tour of Abu Dhabi. Our next stop is the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world. With its height of 828 meters, this massive structure will fascinate you with its impressive architecture and and 160+ floors. Burj Khalifa takes its name from Khalifa bin Zayed, the founder of the United Arab Emirates, and is truly an engineering marvel. Then, we will visit the Dubai Mall, located in the heart of Dubai. In this giant shopping center with a capacity of 1200 shops, you can find everything from electronic products to souvenirs, high-quality dates and local products. After your shopping, you will have free time to watch the immense water, sound and light show of the Fountain Show in front of the Dubai Mall. During the free time we provide for photo stops, guests who wish may go up. Known as the world's largest frame with a height of 150 meters and a width of 100 meters, this iconic structure reveals the city from two different perspectives. You may go up to the top floor of the Dubai Frame, which frames Modern Dubai and Old Dubai, if you wish, and you can have a unique panoramic view between these two contrasting worlds. Watching the city from above through the walking bridge inside the frame will allow you to feel the bridge between Dubai's past and future. After our Dubai Frame visit, we set off for Miracle Garden. Known as the world's largest flower garden, Miracle Garden offers a magnificent feast of colors with its 250 million plants and 50 million flowers. GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES
-Hotel categories are provided as specified and similar; the exact hotel name will be specified with a notification 48 hours before the tour departure.
-To benefit from the Advantageous Trip package prices for extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency official during the tour.
-Extra tours are realized with a minimum participation of 15 people. In case of participation below 15 people, changes in tour prices may occur or the tour may be carried out by metro.
-Points to be considered during our Abu Dhabi tour; Men should not wear shorts, Women should not wear strap-tops, mini skirts, leggings and shorts, and a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf must be kept for mosque visits. Free time for lunch will be given during our tour, and it is not included in the tour.
-Points to be considered during our Desert Safari tour; Sporty and comfortable clothes, taking a cardigan. Heavy meals should not be eaten and excessive amounts of water should not be drunk before the tour. Guests with stomach, waist, neck complaints and pregnant guests must report their conditions to their guides.
In cases where only category information is given without specifying a name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
In our Dubai programs, the guide will be welcoming in Dubai; the guiding service included in the package only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding services will also be provided. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances further than the specified km. In such a case, information will be provided by Prontotour 15 days before the tour departure date.
There is a visa application for T.C. citizens. For visa application, it is necessary to apply through our agency with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the travel end date and the documents specified. Despite the delivery of necessary documents to the consulate during the visa application, it is possible for the consulate to give a visa refusal with or without stating a reason, or to give a visa start date after the tour departure date. The applied visa service fee is not refunded. For Green passport holders, there is no visa application, and a passport valid for at least 6 months from the tour departure date is sufficient. Having a visa does not mean that entry to the country can be made; the passport police have the authority not to admit entry to the country. Prontotour is not responsible for such situations; the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
Our guests traveling with a T.C. green passport, if the issuance date of their passports is older than 10 years, must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline company from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
For Green passport holders, there is no visa application, and a passport valid for at least 6 months from the travel end date is sufficient.
Having a visa does not mean that entry to the country can be made; the passport police have the authority not to admit you into the country. Prontotour is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
-In order to avoid problems with the customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to passports that are torn, worn, wet and/or have suffered similar damage; the mentioned passports must be renewed and if it is a country that applies a visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
-Since there is a possibility that the police officer in charge at the country entry-exit points may ask for a document showing the joint consent of the parents when our guests under 18 travel alone or with only one of the parents; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive about this issue.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of at most 2-3 hours organized for the general introduction of the cities, carried out panoramically with guide narration from within the vehicle, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Prontotour is not responsible for the inability to perform the mentioned tours if panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, are not allowed to be visited or entered by local authorities on the day and hour coinciding with the tour, or if they are not realized due to closed roads due to any event, or in cases where it becomes impossible to perform the tour due to weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot within the possibilities at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not permitted.
Prontotour acts as an intermediary between the airlines and our passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight details may change before the flight; all times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting the risk of time changes.
