ISTANBUL – CASABLANCA

Meeting at Istanbul Airport international departures terminal in front of the Turkish Airlines counter 3 hours before the flight. After baggage and ticket procedures, departure to Casablanca at 11:50 with Turkish Airlines flight TK617. After arriving in Casablanca at 14:50 local time, our Casablanca city tour begins with our vehicle waiting for us at the airport. Casablanca, the main port of Morocco, famous for the 1942 Hollywood production film named after the city, is the economic center of the country as well as the most populous city. While wandering through the narrow streets of the city, you can see Islamic, French, and Berber influences regarding its rich cultural history. The heart of the city, Mohammed V Square, the United Nations Square where Morocco's past and present are magnificently blended, the Hassan II Mosque, famous for its magnificent structure and being the 2nd tallest minaret in the world, the Old Medina, the Hobus district famous for its open-air markets, and Ain Diab and Corniche on the Atlantic coast are among the places we will see. After our tour, transfer to our hotel and free time. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

CASABLANCA - RABAT - MARRAKECH

After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for the Magnificent Capital Rabat, the capital of Morocco. Following our arrival, the Hassan Tower and the Mohammed V Mausoleum, built in memory of the current king's grandfather, the pioneer of Morocco's independence, and the Royal Palace are among the places we will see during our panoramic city tour. After our tour, we set off for Marrakech. After our arrival in Marrakech, we begin to explore Marrakech, which will take you centuries back with its narrow streets and which takes its name from the word "mur akush" meaning "Land of God" in the language of the Berbers, the oldest indigenous people of North Africa. Marrakech, one of the most important tourist centers of the country, is also known as the "Red City" due to its famous red walls. In our city tour, the Bahia Palace, which offers a wonderful impression of what it was like to be a nobleman in Morocco from the 19th century, the Koutoubia Minaret, one of the most important symbols of the city, the Majorelle Gardens, which host plant collections from all over the world, and the Djemaa El Fna square, the heart of the city called the "Souks and Courtyard of Miracles", are among the places we will see. After our trip, transfer to our hotel and free time. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

MARRAKECH – ESSAOUIRA – MARRAKECH

After breakfast at the hotel, we participate in the Unesco World Heritage Magnificent Essaouira Tour. Essaouira, which has been home to civilizations since prehistoric times, is known for its medina (city center) surrounded by white-colored old city walls, narrow streets, and traditional markets located on the Atlantic Ocean coast. This Essaouira, whose city center is on the 'World Heritage' list by Unesco, is a serene coastal town where art and culture are intertwined, as well as being a fishing port. A very calm atmosphere compared to Marrakech prevails in the city, offering visitors a relaxing escape. This atmosphere has attracted many world-famous artists such as Cat Stevens, Jimi Hendrix, and Orson Welles over the years, making the city an art and culture center. The town also recently hosted the filming of the famous Game Of Thrones series. In our tour, the Essaouira ramparts and Essaouira Citadel, the Essaouira Port where the fish market is located, and the world-famous Medina are among the places we will see. You will also find the opportunity to shop with pleasure while exploring the city in Essaouira, which bears the traces of modern life with the elegance of traditional Moroccan architecture. After the tour, we return to our hotel in Marrakech. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

MARRAKECH - ATLAS MOUNTAINS - MARRAKECH

After breakfast at the hotel, we participate in the Magnificent Atlas Mountains and Ourika Valley tour. The highest peak of the mountain range that acts as a wall separating the Mediterranean coasts of Northwest Africa from the Sahara Desert is Toubkal, near Marrakech. The mountain range is also home to natural life, including a large number of plants and animals, most of which are at risk of extinction. The unique cultures and lifestyles of the Berbers, the oldest known indigenous people of North Africa, who mainly constitute the population density in the region, offer visitors a different experience with the magnificent view of the mountains. After our tour, we will find peace under the magic of natural beauties during our break in the Ourika Valley at the foothills of the Atlas. After our trip, we return to Marrakech. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

MARRAKECH - CASABLANCA - ISTANBUL

After breakfast at the hotel and check-out procedures, free time. Then, departure to the airport at the time to be notified by our guide. After baggage and ticket procedures, departure to Istanbul at 16:45 with Turkish Airlines flight TK618. Arrival at 23:25 local time and end of our tour.

GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

Extra tours are realized with a minimum participation of 10 people. In case of participation under 20 people, there may be changes in tour prices. If there are not enough participants, any price differences that may occur will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
Our guide may change the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the number of participants and the status of museums and archaeological sites being closed, while adhering to the content of our tours. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
Child discount is valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissants, and varies according to the country.
Guests included in the tour without flights may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use different flights, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
In most flights departing from Turkey, the baggage allowance is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the baggage allowance on these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
Guests who will travel with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is older than 10 years (extension is not accepted).
The name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system during registration. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal to grant a visa or rejection is not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
Visa statuses in our programs are based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of other countries can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the trip. Guests traveling with less than 6 months validity may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
Some of our programs are offered based on several alternative hotels. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellation and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform upgrade procedures depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after the tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are in an upgradable class. No mile guarantee is given for every flight in our programs.
Flight times specified in the programs are the times reported by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc., caused by the airline.
Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may increase due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
Food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to extra charges on some airlines.
