ISTANBUL - LONDON

Meeting 3 hours before the flight in front of the Turkish Airlines counter at Istanbul Airport international departures terminal. After baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, departure for London at 08.05 with Turkish Airlines flight TK 1981. Following our arrival in London at local time 09.10, we begin touring the fascinating works of the magnificent city of London with our vehicle waiting for us at the area. During our city tour in London, which is among the cities visited by millions of tourists every year, we will see Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, Piccadilly Circus, Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, and Westminster Bridge, Oxford and Regent shopping streets, and the River Thames. Transfer to our hotel after our tour. Overnight at the hotel.

LONDON

After breakfast at the hotel, our guests who wish can join the optionally organized Magnificent Icons of London (London Eye & Westminster & Thames River Boat) tour. (120 GBP) Opened to visitors in 2000, the London Eye is 135 meters high and has 32 passenger capsules. The 32 capsules represent the 32 boroughs of London. Being Europe's largest observation wheel with a height of 135 meters, the London Eye integrates with the River Thames, offering magnificent views of London. Our second stop on the tour will be the Westminster Area. Sights to see here include Westminster Abbey (St. Peter's Church), where the British Royal Family's traditional coronation and burial ceremonies take place, Trafalgar Square, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, and the West End. After our tour, following a boat tour on the River Thames, one of the symbols of London that divides the city in two, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

LONDON

After breakfast at the hotel, our guests who wish can participate in the optionally organized Magnificent Oxford & Bicester Village Outlet tour. (100 GBP) Located in the southeast of England, Oxford is one of the history and culture centers of the country. Home to Oxford University, one of the oldest and highest-quality universities in the world, the city makes a wonderful destination with its picturesque architecture, cosmopolitan structure brought by the presence of students, and a vibrant and modern life guided by light industry and technology. After our trip, we head to Bicester Village, one of the best shopping centers in England. Opened in 1995 and pedestrianized ever since, this outlet center, famous for its more than 150 shops and cafes, offers many products at discounted prices.

LONDON - ISTANBUL

After breakfast at the hotel, we carry out our check-out procedures from the hotel. Afterwards, departure to the airport at the time to be notified by our guide. After baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, departure for Istanbul at 17.05 with Turkish Airlines flight TK 1998. Arrival at local time 23.55 and the end of our tour.

UK visa fee and service fee is 300 EURO for Istanbul, 485 EURO for Bursa, and 330 EURO for Ankara. The service fee for Izmir, Antalya, Gaziantep, and Adana is a total of 465 EURO. (Please request the required documents for the visa.) The UK consulate has switched to scanning visa documents. Scanning will take place at the application centers. The (50 EURO) payment will be made at the application center. Guests coming to the application must bring cash with them.
For guests requesting the e-visa application process to be managed by us, a 40 Euro APP service fee payment for the mobile installation and activation service of the e-visa application will be made in cash at the application center.

TRAVEL ASSURANCE PACKAGE (Provides payment up to the tour price for guests who encounter visa rejection or who are unable to participate in the tour due to health issues. (The insured participation share (deductible) to be applied in compensation applications due to travel cancellation is 25% for visa rejections and 15% for health reasons. Coverage details are included in the insurance policy. In addition, it includes many additional coverages from baggage loss and damage to personal accident coverage.) In cancellation coverage, the tour price is limited to 3000 Euro per person.

GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

Hotel rooms in the UK are smaller compared to the standards of hotel rooms in Turkey.
Electrical plugs are different in the UK.
Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, tour prices may be subject to change. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether the museum and historical sites are closed. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
Panoramic city tours do not include museum and historical site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
In triple rooms (triple room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed, and is smaller than standard beds.
Triple rooms (triple rooms) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
Child discounts are valid when accommodation is shared in the same room with 2 adults.
Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the visited countries is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissant, and varies depending on the country.
Our guests who are included in the tour without flights, if they do not use the same flights as the group, may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers and may not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
In general, the baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, this domestic flight baggage allowance may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty cost for flight ticket cancellations or changes caused by incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal to grant a visa or giving a rejection is not Prontotour's responsibility.
Visa statuses in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open to international roaming before leaving Turkey.
Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. Programs with multiple hotel options may have the same guide and transfer vehicle.
In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ according to our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
Guests who want to upgrade flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade procedures after the tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mile guarantees are not given for every flight in our programs.
Flight times specified in the programs are times reported by the airlines. Flight times in our tours organized with special flights may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes originating from the airline, overbooking, service disruptions, etc.
Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may prolong in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, road works, and conditions.
Food-beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
