Important Notes:

• For this tour, passports must be valid for 6 months covering the minimum tour duration.
• Atlas International acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol.
• During registration, the name on the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. No-show fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
• The arrival city of the flight may vary. Atlas International cannot be held responsible for schedule changes and possible delays made by airlines.
• Airline rules apply to group tickets, and according to group ticket rules, if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight cannot be used either.
• Baggage allowance on most flights departing from Turkey is 20Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. On domestic flights in the destination countries, this weight may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Atlas International.
• In case of insufficient participation in the package tour, the tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer 20 days in advance.
• The tour route specified in the tour program is a sample route and changes may occur in the tour itinerary. City sightseeing tours may be carried out on the next day/days depending on the arrival time to the city. Excursions specified in the programs may be carried out on another day other than the specified day/days for any reason at the initiative of the guide.

• Optional tours can be operated if there is a minimum participation of 20 people; if there is less participation, they can be operated at the initiative of the guide and, if necessary, by changing the prices. Atlas International cannot be held responsible for the failure to operate these excursions or tours.
• Optional tours along the way operate if at least 10 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate are waited for at the rest stop.
• Excursions or tours not permitted to be visited or gone to by local authorities for any reason will not be operated. Atlas International cannot be held responsible for the failure to operate these excursions or tours.
• Entrance fees for museums and sites are not included in the prices.          
• Atlas International reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the star category remains the same.
• All hotel names etc. specified in the programs are equivalent and written to exemplify the star category and distance. It does not mean that accommodation will be provided in the specified hotel.
• Extra bed application is available in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed and/or is an additional rollaway bed.
• In cases where children under 18 years of age, who are not considered adults, do not participate in the tour with one or both of their parents, it is mandatory to have the required consent letters with the individuals during travel.
• In case of cancellation and changes, the "Atlas International Sales Agreement" applies.
