Meeting 3 hours before the flight in front of the SunExpress Airlines counter at İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport international departures terminal. After baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, departure for Paris at 12.55 with SunExpress Airlines flight code XQ 916. Following arrival at local time 14.50, our Paris city tour starts with our vehicle waiting for us at the area. Following the morning breakfast to be taken at the hotel, our guests who wish can optionally join the Magnificent Paris Masterpieces & Seine River Boat (Eiffel Tower & Seine River Boat Trip & Montmartre Painters Hill & Sacre Coeur Basilica & Notre Dame Cathedral) tour. (100 Euros) The first stop of our tour is the Eiffel Tower, the symbolic structure of the city visited by millions of tourists every year. By going up to the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower, you will have the chance to see Paris from above as well. Then, we take a boat tour on the Seine River, which divides Paris in two. After seeing the historical buildings on both banks of the river during the boat tour, we go up to Montmartre Hill, the highest hill of Paris, by funicular. Sacre Coeur (Church of the Votive) will be the first place to be seen on this hill, which bears the traces of important artists such as Pablo Picasso, Henry Toulouse Lautrec, Dalida, Vincent Van Gogh, and Jean Marais. After seeing this magnificent structure closely and having a break at Tertre Square where you can shop and have your portrait drawn, we visit the Notre Dame Cathedral, described both as a symbol of French history and an indispensable part of Paris's silhouette. Notre Dame Cathedral was built by the order of King Louis VII, who reigned between 1137 – 1180, to show the political, economic, and cultural power of Paris to the world. After seeing this magnificent structure, we give a short photo break. Then, transfer to our hotel. In the evening, our guests who wish can optionally join the Paris Under Magnificent Lights tour. (35 Euros) Paris city is separately beautiful by day and by night. On this tour, you will have the opportunity to see Champs Elysees, Concorde Square, Louvre Museum, and many other boulevards, buildings, and squares under the lights. (90 Euros) During this magnificent tour that we will realize in Reims, the most important and largest city of the Champagne Region, which has witnessed the coronation ceremonies of many French kings with its history extending back to the Roman Empire and its unique Gothic architecture, Reims Cathedral, The Palace of Tau, Saint Remi Basilica, and La Porte de Mars are among the places to be seen. After our tour, our transfer to our hotel takes place after finishing our outlet tour designed with an open-air concept where you can find discounted versions of Prada, Gucci, Burberry, Michael Kors, Lacoste, and many other international brands.
Free time after morning breakfast at the hotel. Afterwards, departure for Paris Airport at the time to be determined by the guide. GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS :
**Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide can make changes on the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the closing status of museums and historical sites. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to give general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (triple room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms are provided subject to availability. If available, a triple room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time in hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries)
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken in hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissant, and shows variations depending on the country.
**Our guests who are included in the tour without flights, if they do not use the same flights with the group, may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers as well as participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**Generally, the baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the baggage allowance for these domestic flights can drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight / price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number in the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty cost of flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information is reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate not issuing a visa or giving a rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**Visa situations in our programs are given on the basis of Republic of Turkey passports. Our guests having another country's passport can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the trip. Guests traveling with a period of less than 6 months may face the situation of not being taken into the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open to abroad before leaving Turkey.
**Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
**Some of our programs are offered on the basis of hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle of our programs with more than one hotel option can be the same.
**In our tours with the promotion phrase, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ according to our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Our guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform upgrade procedures after their tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes originating from the airline, overbooking, service disruptions, etc.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may get longer in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
**Food-beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.

IMPORTANT NOTICE Effective as of March 1st, in accordance with the rules of the International Civil Aviation Organization and the European Civil Aviation Conference, restrictions have been introduced on liquids that passengers traveling by air can carry in their hand and cabin bags they keep with them in the plane during their travels. Liquid products purchased from the duty-free shop or during the flight will be placed in a special bag together with their invoice by the attendant and the mouth of the bag will be sealed. After this bag and the invoice belonging to the product are checked at the security control point, they will be allowed to be taken onto the plane. Each passenger can carry 1 plastic bag and each product in the bag can be a maximum of 100 ml. If traveling to the final destination with a transfer at another airport, the special duty-free shopping bag given in the store or on the plane must not be opened until the final airport of landing. Otherwise, the contents of the bag may be confiscated at the transfer area. Some liquid substances included in the restriction: *All kinds of liquids including water, syrup, alcohol, creams, lotions, oils, perfumes, mascara and similar makeup materials, shaving foams, deodorants, all kinds of paste-like substances, non-solid foods such as jam or honey, contact lens liquids, shampoos, and other substances similar to these.
