**Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, tour prices may be subject to change. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour, after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide can make changes in the days of the city tour and/or optional tours, depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the status of museums and sights being closed. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and sights entrances and are intended to give general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed, and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3 people) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time in hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken in the hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissant, and varies depending on the country.
**Guests included in the tour without flights may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and may also face the situation of not being able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**In general, the baggage weight of flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the baggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name in the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty cost of flight ticket cancellations or changes that will occur due to incorrect information is reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate not granting a visa or giving a rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**Visa statuses in our programs are given on the basis of Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with a period of less than 6 months may encounter the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your cell phones abroad, it is recommended that you check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open to abroad before leaving Turkey.
**Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
**Some of our programs are offered on the basis of hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle of our programs with more than one hotel option can be the same.
**In our tours with the promotion phrase, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ according to our standard packages. Cancellation and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade procedures depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after their tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mileage is not guaranteed for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are times reported by airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in the position of an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. caused by the airline.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may extend in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works and conditions.
