After meeting at Istanbul Airport International Terminal, following your luggage and ticket procedures at the Turkish Airlines counter, departure to New York with the scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. After arriving in New York, we meet with your guide and leave the airport with our private vehicle to transfer to our hotel. (Hotel check-in time is 15:00 and later). Afterwards, we will carry out our New York City tour. We start our tour of New York, one of the most exciting and colorful cities in the world, with Central Park, which has a larger area than Monaco and is accompanied by the colors of thousands of plant species. Then, we conclude our tour with the famous Times Square where the heart of the city beats, New York Public Library, Bryant Park, Grand Central Terminal which has hosted many movies, Empire State Building (from the outside), and Rockefeller Center business center. Today we will carry out our Miami city tour. We start our tour with Miami Beach, America's famous holiday and entertainment center. Our first stop is South Beach, where we will see the endless Miami Beach. Walking on Ocean Drive, we have the opportunity to see and photograph the Art Deco buildings and the mansion of the famous fashion designer Versace, one of the symbols of Miami Beach. After free time for walking and shopping on Lincoln Road, which we can define as the Independence Avenue of Miami, we visit the Wynwood region, where famous street graffiti artists work together and turn it into a giant work of art. During our visit to "Little Havana", where Cuban immigrants live, we will have the chance to taste the famous Cuban coffee "Colada". GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS :
**Extra tours are carried out with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, there may be changes in tour prices. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide may change the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the number of participants and the status of museums and historical sites being closed, while adhering to the content of our tours. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include entrance fees to museums and historical sites and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries) and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served in a separate hall as a continental breakfast. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissant, and varies according to the country.
**Our guests who are included in the tour without flights may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use different flights, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**In general, the luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
**The name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system during registration. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fee for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal to grant a visa or rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**The visa status in our programs is given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Our guests who have passports of another country can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the trip. Our guests traveling with less than 6 months validity may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
**Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
**Some of our programs are presented based on hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
**In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellation and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Our guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade procedures depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after the tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are in an upgradeable class. Mile guarantee is not provided for every flight in our programs.
**The flight times specified in the programs are the times reported by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. caused by the airline.
**The road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to extra charges on some airlines.
**In accordance with the decision taken by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, liquid restrictions have started on all flights.
