AYVALIK – TAXIYARCHIS MONUMENT MUSEUM - MACARON NEIGHBORHOOD - KAHRAMANLAR BAKERY - ŞEYTANIN KAHVESİ - AYAZMA - LOR DESSERT  - CUNDA ISLAND –  ŞEYTAN SOFRASI

Our tour, we pick you up from in front of Bursa Almira Hotel at 02.00. We reach the region following the Bursa – Balıkesir route. After the extra breakfast we will have on the way, we set off for Şeytan Sofrası, a high hill overlooking the Ayvalık Islands covered with pine forests, to get a panoramic view of the olive groves and bays stretching as far as the eye can see. Here, after seeing the footprint in the iron cage symbolizing the Devil's Footprint, we take our souvenir photos against the scenery that also includes Lesbos Island. Then we depart for Ayvalık. Getting off our vehicle in Ayvalık city center, we walk to historical spots in the city center. Our first stop will be; Panagia Phaneromeni Ayazma, one of the most important religious structures of Ayvalık. After drinking our waters at the Ayazma, we move to Macaron Neighborhood, which resembles Balat in Istanbul. The neighborhood carries the traces of the past with its historical houses and narrow streets. Magnificent houses made of garlic stone, with elegant door knockers and windows decorated with very fine workmanship, where the bay windows of neighboring houses greet each other, and structures with exquisite gardens resembling paradise behind them. Here we taste various delicacies in the businesses located nearby. In Kahramanlar Bakery; you can taste gum mastic or curd cookies, in Macaron Muhallebi; almond pudding, in Macaron Cafe; homemade chocolate. Or you can drink blackberry or black mulberry juice according to the season at Camlı Kahve. After free time, we walk among the historical houses and go to Şeytanın Kahvesi to sip our coffees. Afterwards, we view the Aynalı Mosque (Agios Yannis Church) from the outside and visit the Taxiarchis Monument Museum. After touring the museum, which is also an old church building, we go to Paşa Çorbacısı to have lunch. It is a tradesman restaurant that stands out not only with its soups but also with its olive oil dishes. After our lunch, we give free time in front of Güler Pastry Shop and İmren Patisserie to eat Lor dessert. After our dessert break, we move to Cunda (Alibey) Island by passing through Turkey's first suspension bridge. Here, passing by the Taxiarchis Church, you can see the windmills after a walk on the cobblestone stone streets. From here you can take a photo of the entire Ayvalık scenery. After our Cunda Island tour, we give free time for tasting on the coast. You can taste gum ice cream from Ice Cream Maker Cemal and lokma from Lokmacı Cemal. Afterwards, we depart for our hotel.

OLIVE OIL FACTORY - KOZAK PLATEAU - BERGAMA - SOMA - DARKALE VILLAGE

Our tour, after the breakfast we have at our hotel in the morning, we go to Özgün Olive Oil Factory and get information about olives and olive oil. After our olive oil factory tour, we move to Kozak Plateau, which is covered with wide and stone pine forests. Kozak Plateau, one of the most important pine nut production centers in the world, is one of the most peaceful nature meeting points of the Aegean Region with its clean air, mountain villages where unique traditions and customs are kept alive, and pine nut trees resembling a lush green sea. We take a break in Demircidere Village, one of the most beautiful villages on the road to Kozak Plateau. After visiting the small Ethnography Museum located in the center of the village, we take a short break at the village coffeehouse. Our guests who wish can buy homemade wine here. Then, saturated with natural beauties and oxygen, we reach Bergama. In the center of Bergama, we see the temple built in the 2nd century AD during the reign of Emperor Hadrian (popularly known as the Red Courtyard) and taste butcher meatballs, piyaz, and kemalpaşa dessert with cream, walnuts, and tahini at Çiçeksever Kebab Salonu. We drink our fatigue coffees in the Historical Arasta. Afterwards, we move to Soma via Kınık. We visit Emir Hıdır Bey Mosque (Bazaar Mosque) in Soma. The interior of the mosque is almost a living house, a pavilion, a mansion. There are pool paintings in beauty that we cannot see in every mosque and that give people the joy of living, pictures of houses and mansions among greenery, as well as bridges, castles, flagships, and fruit paintings. After visiting this historical beauty, we move to Darkale, which is close to Soma city center. Darkale is a village hidden in a deep valley and leaning its back against high, rocky mountains; although its name is not heard very much, it is a hidden treasure waiting to be uncovered with hope and patience. First, we visit Kırkoluk Mosque (from the outside) and its fountain in our village. Afterwards, we tour the village with a short walk to see structures, narrow streets, and natural beauties examples of classical Ottoman architecture such as Beypazarı, Safranbolu, Kula houses. After our village tour, we give a short tea break. Afterwards, we start our journey to Istanbul via Savaştepe - Bursa. We drop you off at the points where we picked you up in the late evening and part ways with you to see you on another Prontotour trip.
